@HSBC_UK @_dannyvfx I’m using public beta of iOS 16 and yep - can’t log in at all, and given the app is necessary to generate security codes, am completely stuffed. Every other banking app I have works fine, come on HSBC sort this out.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK those are *my* problems though. Your app isn’t incompatible because of an unexpected bug. It’s incompatible because the HSBC app is checking the OS version and actively refusing to run on the beta. You’re the only bank to do that and thus disadvantaging some customers

@HSBC_UK closed our charity acct on 13th July with no prior warning claiming we had failed safeguarding, despite having sent us an email on 11th March saying we passed! As such our charity is not able to send funds to Uganda to help families in a community where there is famine

Don't bother applying for the switch offer that @HSBC_UK is offering - met all the criteria by close of May and still haven't received the £170 payment despite 4 half hour calls to their (overseas) "support" centres. Cc. @MoneySavingExp who I found the offer through originally

@HSBC_UK Your business banking app is again showing a “server unavailable” when you start your app. This after a forced app update. Making it worse, I can’t log on to online banking because the app is the key generator… seriously…
