@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK No previous address on record bc they've lived at same one all life. Now locked out of phone banking, bc new security no being sent - but takes 7 working days. System now won't let them talk to anyone til got this no and reset security... 2/3

@HSBC_UK First-time credit card holder. I only got my card pin number and my card. How long before I get telephone banking details. It's been 15 days since I got accepted for the card. I'm unable to access online or mobile banking.
