@HSBC_UK fraud team gives wrong information, keeps cards blocked, customers are calling them over and over for bad service! Card still blocked!! Pragati, wrong advice twice, has now told me to drive 3.5 hours to hsbc branch because cannot unblock over the phone!?!

AVOID @HSBC_UK like the plague!! they decline access to your own debit cards, refuse to give reason, then refuse to unblock it, even after multiple ID authetications!!

@Callie_M084360r @HSBC_UK It’s an hour wait to get through nearly, then you are unable to get a solution to your problems. Add to that the lack of highly street branches, it’s damn hard work.
