Filled in all the forms @HSBC_UK I put in all the codes...still unable to get into my online banking. I'm in tears of frustration, again on hold, again poor customer service person has no clue. I'm losing money while you claw yours you horrible lot.

Any reason why after months of iOS 16 being available to devs, and now the public that you still don't have the app working? The "solution" is based off of your assumption everyone has spare devices kicking around?

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I assume you're probably a Premier customer, have you tried the direct Account line for them? Or used that to get at a person in a branch? As they'll have a dedicated manager you can deal with.

@HSBC_UK Unbelievable - started switching but going round in circles trying to get OLB - impossible - been on phone waiting for 19 mins....can't put a halt to switching either as can't get through - not on !

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Tbf to HSBC other clearers have similar approach. NatWest is currently taking seven weeks to change an address. Their stated timeframe to action change, not mine. Unfortunately so much scamming going on they have to validate every customer request.

@HSBC_UK Called HSBC business banking 'customer services' this morning as having issue opening new business account. Chat agent said I had to call. I explained situation. Him: We are only for existing customers. Me: Do you have a number I can call? Him: Look up the internet. Nice
