    @HSBC_UK any chance someone can actually help my 13yr old daughter with her account. Meadowhall are refusing to do so without any ID. They asked her for her driving license 🙄 she has no passport.

    1/2Any one else had trouble with @HSBC_UK myself and wife took @MartinSLewis advice and changed banks,neither of us has photo ID my wife had no problem,so she transferred money over to my new one.Then I found out I need photo ID so it’s not been opened.

    Can't get through to @HSBC_UK on the phone, all local branches closed and up to 60 minute wait on Live Chat. Awful service.

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds You need to learn to read. The case has already been referred to them. I even gave you the case number above. The issue here is that even though there is an ongoing case with them, you continue to harass me directly via phone and via no-reply email addresses.

    @HSBC_UK been banking with you for 20 years and you have decided to close all my accounts for no reason and no-one that can help me with this. I have all my wages, direct debits and savings and now cannot access any of it over Christmas as you have closed my accounts. Ridiculous!

    @HSBC_UK hi there, I opened an advance account earlier this month(9th) but am yet to receive any details (no cards/account details/ telephone banking details etc) despite your promise that they will arrive within 7 working days. Been on hold on the phone for 25 minutes now.

    @HSBC_UK Hi - for two days now my mobile banking app says 'Service unavailable' and that I should try again later. I'd like to check my bank balance online (or via app) and can't log in without the app. Can you help?
