@HSBC_UK I have tried to call your customer services about 4 times over the past week.. and given up due to being on hold. I’m not on 25 minutes on hold.. I tried your chat function and kept being cut off by the robot.. this customer service is poor!

@HSBC_UK Please fix your customer service line. I had to wait 20 minutes to connect, and then your advisor just answered with "hello". Then he said he had to open some applications and muted his mic and cut the call off after 5 minutes. Poor service.

@HSBC_UK the customer service is so frustrating. 1 hour on the phone to sort out a simple problem last week. Today the problem could not be resolved online and another problem was created by the person on the chat. I do not have the time or the energy to call today.

@HSBC_UK The new changes are utterly confusing. I'm very angry and dissatisfied by the inability to log in, where until yesterday there was no problem at all. The log in failed on both my laptop and my mobile. Is there any compensation for this bad service to long standing customers?

@HSBC_UK You have succeeded in creating the most difficult app going. Trying to verify, with my correct number and never receive the text with the code. Ring your appalling customer service to be told "it takes upto 5 days for a text" Shocking service, especially nowadays!
