    @HSBC_UK any chance someone can actually help my 13yr old daughter with her account. Meadowhall are refusing to do so without any ID. They asked her for her driving license 🙄 she has no passport.

    @andrew49_fox @HSBC_UK Customer service ( on the phone) is amongst the worst I’ve encountered. They ask you to jump through hoops & then just leave you high & dry. Why bother answering the call if your to lazy to help

    @HSBC_UK - Trying to login to the app on my phone. It says an activation code will be sent to my number (correct number). I have asked it to resend 20 times over the last 20mins and still nothing? I don't want to phone you, I just want the app to work. Is that possible?

    @HSBC_UK haven’t been in a branch for years but had to pay in some cash. Terrible experience. No counter service and broken paying in machines. Lots of staff standing around but 15 people in queue and 12 sitting waiting. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK when I generate a security code on my banking app to log in on a desktop it isn't recognised. I can't log into my banking app either

    @HSBC_UK ...progress. Which is pretty standard for any service impacting outage in IT. I understand that things break, my issue is that despite the fact this has left me pretty much unable to do any banking at home for over a week, and the fact that your business model/infrastructure...

    Am I the only one finding @HSBC_UK new style mobile banking app terrible to use. It used to be so clear, now it's a mess and takes ages to decipher. Definitely a backward step. #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK ...has pushed me down that path for the last decade you don't seem that fussed at all when it comes to rectifying the situation. You're an organisation with a multi-billion pound turnover! This whole thing smacks of you not being bothered! There isn't even a mention of it...
