    @HSBC_UK any chance someone can actually help my 13yr old daughter with her account. Meadowhall are refusing to do so without any ID. They asked her for her driving license 🙄 she has no passport.

    @HSBC_UK I spend a year saving with you, unable to access the money, and you have the cheek to pay me two days late and not give me the full interest? Was thinking of ending my banking with you because your rates are awful anyway but now definitely will be.

    @HSBC_UK remains a digitally illiterate bank. Phenomenal that it is often the first bank to be referenced in a pub conversation as just terrible at digital services. Not fun as a customer (not for long).

    @HSBC_UK This is brilliant you can now tell people what they already know. Their income is less than their outgoings and they are to high risk for any financial help. Stop rubbing salt in the wounds.

    @HSBC_UK please ask your Propositions lead for children’s banking to review their customer experience. You just asked my 11 year old for the first line and post code of his previous address. He was 3 when we lived at that house…plus it’s just ridiculous!

    @HSBC_UK the customer service my wife had today from both the Sutton High Street branch and the Premium account holder hotline, was nothing short of appalling. Don’t worry about responding, we’ll just take our custom and money to a bank that cares about their premium customers.

    @Dymvue I am 51 and haven't been able to access my @HSBC_UK account for at least 2 yrs now. I cannot remember my pin + other stuff. Anxiety is stopping me from phoning. All because I failed the password 3 times. Be fine if the little gadget you 1st get still had battery life!.

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to call your customer services about 4 times over the past week.. and given up due to being on hold. I’m not on 25 minutes on hold.. I tried your chat function and kept being cut off by the robot.. this customer service is poor!
