    @HSBC_UK what’s happened to the customer service? Spent over 3 hours on hold and transferred between departments and then hung up on. The training you give your staff has deteriorated…it was once so much better! Issue still unresolved.

    @HSBC_UK Tried it all but I am not in possession of all the data required because I am not an HSBC customer and the POA donor doesn't have a bank account with you. The on-line registration requires a sort code and bank account number. Why is it only HSBC which will not deal with emails?

    @HSBC_UK been chasing a PPI claim that you have paid 50% to my husband and nothing to me. Endless calls and broken promises of callbacks. Atrocious customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone with any answers. No option but to report to the Ombudsman.

    @HSBC_UK Hi guys , I have a current balance of £372 , I went to withdraw some money earlier ,it said that "the service was unavailable on my account" I was trying to withdraw numerous times today as I was waiting for £380 to clear, it eventually did at 5.30pm, any help appreciate

    @HSBC_UK Hi this is Joel Fernandes, I am a frustrated customer of HSBC and very disappointed with you services, it's about to finish 2 months my bank account is suspended my funds are inside I have visited bank and contacted customer service many times no one is helping
