@HSBC_UK What should a customer do when one of your machines swallowed both a cheque and a paying in slip and then said there was error? This customer (it isn't me) can't get through to the branch and there is no sign of the money.

@Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK I had the same experience, over 2 wks no access, given incorrect information & poor service, I was so stressed! Then they closed our local branch & have no cashiers in the branch close to where I live, so to get cash I have to travel 10 miles to a branch that closes at 3.30pm!

@hsbc_uk why is your customer service so bad? Call wait times, withholding our money for 7 weeks, put on incessant hold during calls. Ironically you warn about fraudsters on your recorded messages
