    @HSBC_UK What is going on with this **** bank? Call centre are closed by 8pm. I'm locked out of personal banking thanks to the bullocks app update which stopped fingerprint access. Can't even login on app or web in order to get help through live chat.

    @HSBC_UK There have been ‘high call volumes’ going back more years than I can remember. Clearly, our calls aren’t THAT important. Else you’d fix the problem.

    @HSBC_UK I'm having trouble being welcomed as a new mortgage customer as you're refusing to reply to my broker & refusing to talk to me without a sort code/acc num. Completed 3 weeks ago yet have not received anything except false charge 'to be refunded in 24 hours' a week ago.
