@HSBC_UK I was phoned to tell me to go into a bank and take ID. I go into the branch. Told to phone. So far waiting with the awful music for 35 minutes. Lovely friendly staff at branch powerless to assist me.

@HSBC_UK Hello. My current account opened on 19-Oct, received card on 22-Oct. Activated on phone on the same day. Made first deposit on 26-Oct. However I didn't receive Telephone Banking Security Number. Please assist. I need to access mobile banking.

@HSBC_UK the business banking app doesn't seem to be working with Android 12 on Pixel 6. No updates available for the app, force stopping doesn't rectify. Any suggestions?

@HSBC_UK I tried via the Asda app, which didn’t work. It’s updated to the current release. It worked on the website however. The phone is the iPhone XR, model number MT2G2LL/A194 software version 14.6
