@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK Your customer services number has been hacked. It is asking for details no bank would. I want you to sort this out now.

Desperate measures but has anyone had to deal with @HSBC_UK ? Their app is the appalling, unless their strategy was to make it the most anti-user friendly app, then give them an award! I just wanted to make a payment. *******! #HSBC #uxdesign

@HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.

@HSBC_UK Extremely concerned, I've been a victim of a scam, you investigated and found evidence of fraud and yet today one of your agents called me and was exceptionally rude. Can someone help please, I'd like to escalate the matter. I've been a customer for years, surprised.

@HSBC_UK thanks for cancelling parts of my ‘Orchard’ account …..after we agreed (via the call centre) you wouldn’t …..I now await the outcome of my complaint (that’ll take over a week to answer…unreal!!) Very disappointed 30Y plus customer!! 🤬

@HSBC_UK no disability awareness from this bank. Third party access in place for my disabled daughter’s account & a painful 50 min telephone call with dreadful service this morning.

The kids working in the last branch of @HSBC_UK in my town must want a redundancy check, when someone comes in & say I'd like to open another account as the one I've got already is tied to my mother's estate, can you do it on line as we're short staffed is the wrong answer

@HSBC_UK I'm unable to call internationally and would incur high cost for a delivery issue not my fault. Please provide a secure online way to resolve this.

@HSBC_UK absolute joke to speak to customer service. Money has been taken from my account and for me to get the money back I need to agree with you to share my personal information with the people who have taken it. So much for looking after customers

@HSBC_UK It is totally wrong to offer a refund and withdraw monies from our @stripe account when no evidence has been provided by the customer. While this investigation goes on, they have the goods of which they still use! It’s a false claim making it fraudulent.
