RANT ALERT!!! I feel really sorry for the staff working for @HSBC @HSBC_UK #HSBC. I imagine they must have to put up with so much #anger from customers locked into a ridiculously inflexible system with customer service, certainly in my experience, regrettably absent!!!

.@HSBC_UK What is the point of online banking if you make it so difficult to login? Usernames? Passwords? PIN? How do you expect customers to remember all that crap? I give up with your online banking. Utter waste of time.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I reported a suspicious transaction but HSBC did not take any action on this. When I check account, I see that the merchant withdraw money from my credit card. Please help with this issue. An agent over the phone told me that HSBC will send a dispute form. Thanks.

So now instead of trying to figure out how to help people in my country survive, I need to go down to @HSBC_UK AND SHOW THEM THAT I'M REAL? Do they think I have all the time in the world right now? I am just so upset, I don't know why but this triggered a big breakdown for me.

@MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC @HSBC_UK Agreed… have had endless problems with them today. They blame the retailer.. and never admit to being at fault. I bet they are having a crazy day of complaints with the authenticity issues for online purchases. CS told me to phone Amazon to place my order. WTH?.. it’s 2022 FGS!

@HSBC_UK why did you have to change everything??? Impossible to log on to my online banking without the mobile app and the mobile app doesn't show the options you're telling me to use!!!!
