@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK trying to speak with a customer advisor regarding potential fraud is a nightmare, been on hold passed from department to department and still unable to speak with someone…wouldn’t mind I’m not even an HSBC customer…someone else trying to use my details!!!! 🤬

@HSBC_UK is by far the worst bank the UK has to offer. Customer service is non existent and you’ll be lucky to transfer 30p into your account without being wrongly accused of fraud. Their own staff would rather bank with an alternative and have even advised me to do so myself.

@JamesAmeyUK @HSBC_UK It's completely ageist too. I work for an elderly charity, and we have to go put to help people use their banks because they haven't even thought about older people.

@HSBC_UK That’s fine. I’ve already need talking to customer relations for a couple of months. No point in opening a second channel

@HSBC_UK I've been trying for weeks to contact an agent. You either don't answer the phone or don't reply to the support chat. Shameful.
