    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK Do not use. They will steal from you and then play dumb. Once you investigate and put a trace on your money - suddenly excuses happen, suspicious behaviour. This bank should be closed down.

    @HSBC_UK 28 years as a customer since you were Midlands bank. Shoddy treatment this week. 1hr 10 on the phone today. Formal complaint made. You’ll be in contact in 8 weeks. Not much to say Steve, although I can see why you’d prefer DM.

    @HSBC_UK It's all sorted now as I set up a separate savings account instead, but feel that branch staff should be better trained to help in such emotional circumstances. Talking to someone over the phone is not always what you need at that time.

    @HSBC_UK what a poor service for opening HSBC kinetic business account , no any update on request tried to reachout to customer care on daily basis they say account will open next day but it never happend. this is the service for the customer who is already hsbc advance customer

    @HSBC_UK I expect to receive money not send them. I made 6 phone calls today try to solve this simple problem. But your agents are unfortunately not professional enough. I was put on hold for 1h30min for a reconnect to another agent. I just wish I can solve this problem ASAP

    @Chrischappie @HSBC_UK I’m also having this same exact problem today. I can transfer money between accounts but can’t use Apple pay or make online purchases for some reason even though there’s money on the account?

    @HSBC_UK Week 7 - Ladies & Gentlemen AND HSBC have still not bothered to rectify their error made on their side, London/Cape Town. I've seen an enormous amount of complaints directed to HSBC & have to wonder what on earth is going on with a once highly recommended "banking institution"?!

    @HSBC_UK can you like... fix your app please??? I cant log in to check my accounts, and i cant use a browser to log in because i need the app to generate a code. I got paid today, or so im having to guess. Sort it out 😭😭😭😭😭
