@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK I’ve been with NatWest for donkeys years and they are fine for my simple needs. No problems. But the true test with any company comes when one does have a problem, and then it can be down to luck as to how competent/bothered the customer service operative you get is.

@HSBC_UK I’ve never heard such tripe from HSBC. The only ones they ever help are themselves with most managers I’ve met over the years who are totally incompetent which is why the turnover has been so high

@HSBC_UK I’ve been having problems with the app launching. It’s been like this for a few weeks. Son says it launches and others (like today) throw me straight out before logging in. What’s the issue? I’ve got urgent payments/transfers to make online.
