  @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

  Last night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

  @HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.

  @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

  @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else
