    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough

    @HSBC_UK your service is rubbish. Can only apply for an ISA by mobile phone app or going into a branch. This service should be accessible through online banking and phone banking. Useless bearing in mind number of branches closed
