@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@designs_william @MForstater @HSBC_UK The Daily Star? I'd not even wipe a strange dog's bum with that awful rag... Amazing women? Do you mean women, or da men wot pretend dey iz women?

  • iainpdooley Iain Dooley (@iainpdooley) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks for the reply. I'll pass, and also save your time. I've previously voiced disappointment re counter service removal+reduced opening hours to no avail. UK retail banking is a shambles; HSBC just happens to be bottom of the pile - it's a low bar. Have a nice day

  • iainf2016 Iain Findlay (@iainf2016) reported

@HSBC_UK She/her/hers pro noun bullshit. The banks need to get a grip and deliver a decent service to customers rather than this woke nonsense.

  • bryanpayne5 bryan payne (@bryanpayne5) reported

@HSBC_UK Does you pursuit of 'inclusivity' extend to inclusivity of opinion? Do you accept that some people, in fact the vast majority of the population have no appetite for the trans activists you support? What else are your employees allowed to state on their name badges?

  • double_drax Paul Goodwin (@double_drax) reported

@HSBC_UK Of course you support their view that people who disagree with pronouns should go elsewhere

  • s_maczkowski stef ◣ ◢ (@s_maczkowski) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks Alison, and they didn't, and I'm glad they didn't as it would have been even more annoying. Why should I need a reader? It's not a me problem that texts and app notifications aren't working, it's very much a you problem. Not a customer first solution at all.

  • EddieCussen Eddie Cussen (@EddieCussen) reported

@ShaistaGohir @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK I imagine that Halifax staff are addressed using pronouns on a daily basis by colleagues and customers. Is there any way that doesn't happen ? They can now choose (it's an optional scheme) to put the pronoun on their namebadge. Can you explain what the problem is with this?

  • iainpdooley Iain Dooley (@iainpdooley) reported

@HSBC_UK Unless you know of a way to send actual banknotes down phone line - I'm one of those weird people who still need to regularly deposit hard cash - I still need to "battle" with parking. Luckily, my fave Post Office has its own car park. Your branches? Not so much.

  • FreakyCyclist Kashaf Chaudhry (@FreakyCyclist) reported

@HSBC_UK A little confused. Have Halifax mandated that everyone must put their pronouns on their badge or that they support workers that would like to?

@yrhenwrach @HSBC_UK Just switched to Nationwide, took about 10 mins & I get £100! I’ve wanted to change for a long time, they are a terrible company.
