@HSBC_UK I don’t believe its gonna chance. 2 years ago same mistake, 6 months ago again… today I spoke with 9 different agents just for getting a replacement card lol. I ll close my account at the end of this year. And will report issues until I do so

@HSBC_UK Finally after 2 weeks, 3 trips to a branch, 3 days of chat attempts, speaking to 6 people in 1hr 45 minutes and being told I was put through to the wrong team, the first team I called in the first place was able to help. Really frustrating and unacceptable customer service.

@THERussellGrant @HSBC_UK Over recent months my town centre bank cut their opening hours, the number of days open, and reduced the tellers from two to one. I went in earlier and there's no counter service at all.

@HSBC_UK Please can I have a replacement new bank card - but like my old one with numbers on the front with working contactless function. New one does not have working contactless. Got the icon but doesn't work & in a pandemic I don't want to press buttons on card machine. Tar 👍
