    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK hi guys. Is it possible to get a custom bank statement generated? A support agent told me yesterday that it was possible, but now another one is saying it isn’t. It’s 2026 & other banks do this - especially since it’s for a business loan application.

    @HSBC_UK And I can't login to my Internet banking cos my device (like calculator) is not working anymore. I contacted you guys via mobile number and complained but I was asked to send some documents for confirmation before they could unfreeze my account which I did... 2

    @HSBC_UK Still cannot access my business funds and cannot operate as a business. Back end issue for everyone who switched over from Kinetic (which was all sorted over a week ago) but now cannot access the account.

    Numerous @HSBC_UK Premier and Business bank accounts with substantial sums held. Your staff cannot confirm our relationship manager contact info and decline a new bank account to sit alongside our others! Ridiculous poor service with zero consideration.
