    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK I've been banking online with you for years. Have just been locked out for entering 'incorrect' security codes 3 times in a row. But they weren't incorrect - I was really careful to make sure 2nd and 3rd attempts were accurate! Automatd chat responses can't help...

    @mrlacey @HSBC_UK I am experiencing the exact same problem for the last week. Please sort out the app. @HSBC_UK seem to have gone into a slow meltdown this last year.

    @JulietClark4 @HSBC_UK I’m so sorry this has happened to you Juliet, HSBC really need to sort themselves out. You shouldn’t be put under this amount of stress by a bank. @MartinSLewis Any thoughts on such awful customer care ?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Chris - The one think I couldn't establish online is do I need to make an appointment or not? Calling the branch set me up in a loop as I am not a customer, your bot has no option for child account. HSBC don't make it easy for me to speak with the branch / person.

    @AnnaKHB @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Thanks Anna, I really want some answers as to how something like this can happen! Bereavement unit are supposed to be contacting me. But no idea when that will be. I have had those joint accounts since 1986 and now I have no access to them. Extraordinary!

    @HSBC_UK is it possible to open a Flexible Saver account over the phone via telephone banking? On your website (screenshot attached) it says you can but a friend of mine tried and said she couldn’t? I am only asking as I am not comfortable using online banking - personal reasons

    @JulietClark4 @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Exactly the same for me, I asked over & over about the fraud on account & lack of support/advice. Eventually a week later I got a phone call with a reason I couldn’t understand (she even said I know it’s hard 4 you to understand!) & £25 goodwill payment. I’ll be complaining asap

    @HSBC_UK hi I’ve been trying for the last two weeks to access/register for mivision for my corporate card and it keeps throwing up already registered. Ask for reminder and it tells me to register, and so the cycle continues, please help, tried phoning but wait times are too long

    @HSBC_UK Hello. I went in store to update my contact number on my online banking and now it will not let me sign in... This is not acceptable. The women basically told me I'd have to wait at least 5 days for it to update. This is unacceptable. I need to access my account now.
