    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I tried to open bank a/c for son. Did online app & told take ID into branch. Branch told me too busy. Called 45 mins waiting, used chat online. Told had to go to branch 45 min bus ride. Asked if I could upload docs. No help.taking my son’s money elsewhere

    @NedSparks @HSBC_UK Still on hold, 35 mins in for the umpteenth call today. I don't understand why @HSBC_UK can't offer any genuine support, with each time telling "sorry, we gave you wrong information earlier on..." - totally unacceptable!

    @jojozeff84 @HSBC_UK Oh really? Is it a glitch thing then with their website? I have used my HSBC mobile app to log on for years... so I don't know why they're asking me for the old fob thing? I've a new payee to pay as well so it's quite frustrating :(
