    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    Hi @HSBC_UK my hsbc app has been suspended since Friday. I have called as requested (X4). I've not been able to get through to anyone who can activate my account + been on hold for over an hour. This is really poor service. Please advise, I urgently need access to my account.

    Has anyone able to call HSBC customer service? It was pathetic and I have waited for 30 minutes and had to disconnect in frustration. This happened three times and wasted my 1.5 hr of my life. @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK haven’t been able to get through to customer services by phone (45 min wait) or visit a branch. If I order a card to a branch, how long will they keep it for? I might be away for a few weeks. Thanks!

    @HSBC_UK applied for a current account 16th nov. SMS said up to 10 days it’s now passed the Switch date I asked for. You advised to call to update an address which I have but I still haven’t heard anything about my new account? Surely it doesn’t take this long for a new customer?

    @HSBC_UK very, very concerned and disappointed with a real mess of service. Can I speak uk based manager? A call at the end of last week to get a new card due to fraudulent activity was not ordered. Will be seeking to move my account

    @HSBC_UK so I got a request to msg direct which I did setting out the issue and have heard nothing! Would somebody be just send me the complaints procedure as clearly albeit a basic piece of admin no one is interested or able to deal with it. Thanks

    @Katyx @HSBC_UK Weirdly had same situ this week but was royal mail strike being the issue. Was still able to use google pay for my account though whilst waiting if that helps
