    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK please sort your app out. I’ve had no access to my bank account for almost a week. I have no way to pay my credit card bill and I need to know how much money I have left. #not good enough

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    HSBC mobile app still crashing every time you attempt to login 😡. It’s now been over 5 days or more according to earlier tweets. Simply not good enough @HSBC_UK #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK @HSBC Your teams have now been “investigating” and “working on a solution” for 7 days now. Meanwhile lots of customers are still without *any* online access to their accounts. This is incredibly frustrating. How has this been allowed to go on for so long?? #hsbc
