    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK your customer support online help is ridiculous so does phone banking. It takes forever and you are faced with ‘ high volume’ messages even though you are outsourcing support for ‘cost effectiveness. I ve Been back and forth for 2 months now!. So chaotic !

    @HSBC_UK hi I spent 20 minutes waiting on getting through to one of your customer services advisors and when they answered they hung up the phone on me! Totally unacceptable.

    @RevRichardColes @LloydsBank I've just been cut off after over an hour on hold to @HSBC_UK. At calling them at their request. After them not replying to emails they asked that send them. Dreadful service.

    @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp You have given us new Mastercard debit cards but the ashford branch have said they dont see their machines being upgraded anytime soon as they are quite new. Means we cant pay in cash as you took away the counter. Bit **** isnt it?

    @HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my accounts for almost a week now, spent hours on hold and online chat is useless and call backs are pointless. I just want access to my money, not that difficult is it 😡

    Got to say it's pretty bad @HSBC_UK I lost my bank card last week in my Covid daze and the fact it takes 8 working days for a replacement is crazy. And the fact I have to visit a bank to even pick it up. *Plus my local branch is closed till 16th.

    @HSBC_UK just got through to Micheal in your business department 03455873533, explained my issues and mid way disconnected me, rang back again he didn’t even apologise as this time rather then disconnecting me he just left me on hold!! Not happy with the service I’ve received!😡

    @HSBC_UK your complaint department is an absolute joke you have lied and lied and lied and now won’t to close the complaint when you haven’t resolved it!!! Poor customer service and as an account holder for 25 years I will now be closing my account
