Hugely let down by @remitlysupport - they have taken my money, failed to deliver it but will not refund me OR even allow me to formerly escalate a complaint. Great from a fca registered company. Mighty @HSBC_UK on the case now.

Hi @HSBC_UK, the mobile banking app on my phone has stopped working. I cleared cache & data, uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled, re-activated it on my device, but when I log in it gets to the welcome screen then goes straight back to log in before I can do anything...

@HSBC_UK I have been mjsinformed twice that I will be able to have my closing certificate for my Help to Buy ISA printed in branch, meaning that I am now potentially going to miss out on our exhange date for our new flat as I can't send the paperwork. Unacceptable.

@HSBC_UK Hi, No reply from 24 hours. Horrible service. New businesses can face stress, just because someone decided to put a block without reason and no contact. You kindly asked for DM and then no reply. So you can goholiday while staff working for us have no money to pay bills.
