    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    it is an hour i am on a call with @HSBC_UK it is the 4th operator i am passed through, explaining all time again the same basic problem on my #creditcard i raise it last Monday. today is Friday 4 days ago. and i am still on hold with the 4th operator. and we are in 2021.

    @tabamatu @HSBC_UK I waited weeks to open an HSBC Business Account and because one of my clients wasn't based in the UK, they wanted me to jump through all sorts of hoops. Needed to issue an invoice and they still hadn't sorted it out, so I opened a Starling account within 30 minutes. No regrets.
