    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    First overseas trip to Spain with new Global Money card from @HSBC_UK, only to find the card (and its ApplePay version) is rejected at ATMs. After more than an hour. On the phone wrestling with an awful telephone support system in India, I now officially give up. Hopeless!

    It took 40 minutes to with @HSBC_UK for them to send a new card to my nearest branch cos the replacement card they sent me got lost and now I have no means of payment for at least 5 working days. WTAF!?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I cannot access the Direct Debits/standing orders part of the app, and statements through the app are also not working. I note others mention issues making payments. Do you have a timeline for resolution of the issues with your app?

    @HSBC_UK you kindly closed down my Brownies charity account without notice, sent a cheque for over £1000. Thanks for that of course I can bank a cheque when I have no account to pay it into... I have now been informed I have to write a letter to have said cheque reissued Really!!

    It appears the @HSBC_UK banking app isn't working properly again today. Can't see direct debits / manage my bills section. I was having issues yesterday as well.

    @HSBC_UK They did and your branch have refused them access to their own money. Eventually said they’d made the transfer this afternoon apparently but the other party hasn’t received it! It should of taken no more than 2 hours.

    @HSBC_UK can you say when your mobile app will be fixed? I am unable to send a payment and keep getting error code 503.
