    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK did someone on work experience make your banking app? I think you'd fail your GCSE exam making such an awful app. Go look at barclays, get some ideas, sack your app designer and try again.

    @HSBC_UK She... hung up. And I was very polite. Who do I need to ask to find out when a "going away" notification was placed on my account, and who do I need to ask why you didn't block my account? I'll ask again - Do I need to come and show you how to bank?
