Classy from @HSBC @HSBC_UK . Put me on hold. When operator came back line was awful. Asked if she could call back. Said no and just hung up. Business banking at its finest

@HSBC_UK I just registered HSBC UK mobile app, but unable to log in to online banking. The message 'we've been unable to verify you' keep popping up. I called your hotline and upon checking, all registration had been completed and my steps for normal login were correct.

Massive thanks to @HSBC_UK who have decided to cancel our online banking whilst we were trying to report fraudulent transactions because the owner and staff were on the same chat, which is apparently a security breach... HSBC, never knowingly not screwing over a customer...
