    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK never mind. Call just cut off at 8.17pm with no warning after 3HOURS. Im trying to fix my mtg & your online system isn't capable of doin this so i have no choice but to call. So i call and cant get through... why does HSBC make this so hard! I know exactly what i want.

    @HSBC_UK I do think that the Bank should issue blood pressure tablets to any customer who actually wants to “talk” to a member of staff…

    @LilliHoughton @HSBC_UK @SimonClarkeMP Developers pledged, but have no deadline to act. Lenders agreed to lend, but aren’t. This first rung on the ladder is broken. Mortgage Rates are flying, owners can’t sell or remortgage to change their circumstances. When are you going to clear this mess up then?

    @HSBC_UK Banks want money. No bank will ever help anyone as a charity, but only for profit. Therefore we must conclude that this is part of the Great Reset programme of looking for people who want to hand over their assets, own nothing, and be happy.

    @HSBC_UK is there a way to tell whoever manages my account that I will be travelling abroad and this not to cancel my card if I use it in Brazil? I just called customer care but after 30min on waiting I had to hang up.

    @HSBC_UK Thankfully I don’t need the help now, as it was a temporary issue. But sadly there will be many people struggling financially and there really isn’t any support out there

    Another problem with the mortgage situation is that you can no longer speak to your bank! I tried to go to branch @HSBC_UK and was told that they had no one I could speak to. The phones are busy. I don’t want to do this scary stuff online. I want to speak to a human! #mortgages
