@HSBC_UK This has nothing to do with banking. Just give a good service to everyone and strive to do more than you do now. Such as having more face to face advisors, rather than phone banking.

@HSBC_UK i have a positive balance on my blocked credit card and the bank will not credit my account. It is as if I have in this bank but I can’t dispose of it. Is this legal? And the worst is no one can help from the customer service. This is crooked Bank I think. What do think
