    @HSBC_UK For the 4th time in a week you have suspended my Premier account because I made a transfer and again I had to call to get my account reinstated. Your fraud team is in Manila working from home with Roosters in the background. Moving banks and closing my account.

    @_dannyvfx @HSBC_UK @chrissmith7979 it’s a beta, not an official release, you take the risk of apps not working if you install it, as is very clearly outlined when installing. no app developer will guarantee functionality until official release in September

    @HSBC_UK The issue was with the app supporting both 32 bit “legacy” iOS devices as well as iOS 15. The delay was because for a while; it couldn’t support both. That and HSBC don’t trust beta release security, which is fastidious of them, until they can test for themselves.

    @HSBC_UK 1/2 I need your help again for my son, by law you have to give him a time scale of when a investigation will be completed, he is being told they don't know how long it will take, this isn't right and I'd like him to be informed of a time scale by the end of the day

    @HSBC_UK I’m having trouble logging on to my HSBC app as every time I try and open the app, it force closes itself. The app is up to date and is running on the latest version of iOS. I can’t log on online as I need a digital secure key which uses the app. I need some help

    @HSBC_UK As you can't tell me what happened to any of my THREE letters. Let me help.I suggest you: Contact Kendal branch and ask them to confirm they have my letters; If they do, ask them when they intend to reply; If not, ask them why they don't have them; Tell me. Simple.
