@HSBC_UK Trying to open a savings account. I have been a customer since 1987 but the app tells me I am not a UK tax resident and can't open it. Tried calling you but after holding for 45 minutes, gave up. What am I supposed to do?

@HSBC_UK on online banking, if you go on "standing orders and future payments" an error message "Unable to load domestic accounts" displays. This has been happening for nearly a week. Reported to Preston branch, they commented that mine was not the first complaint about same. ??

@HSBC_UK I'm busy throughout the day and I need to deal with this in the evening or the weekend. What I did do in this twitter thread is provide you a bug report: when trying to set up a password, it won't let me copy paste. That's a bug, that should just be given to your devs to fix.
