@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK I had an interview with Habiba Hussein and she was absolutely awful. She was rude, dismissive, and late. I joined a more prestigious bank, but you should address your employee and fix your culture. Mind you, I was recruited! Terrible bank

@HSBC_UK Online banking services are still not working on my Android 11 phone. I have updated both Google Chrome and We view and opening the app does nothing no screen just an option to close or wait. Wait does not allow page to load. Will try to reinstall your app.

@HSBC_UK your Customer service is awful..have been trying to get through to speak to someone about my account for 2 days now and have given up after being on the call for 60 mins! You notified me that there was fraud on my account and closed my mobile and online banking access!

@HSBC_UK Looks like it’s time to switch to a better bank (perhaps @BarclaysUK, not sure) that can provide reasonably good services. ~5 years with HSBC, first time needed customer service, struggling for last many weeks to get a stupid job done.

@HSBC_UK Hi, new customer (although having 2nd thoughts) and can’t activate online banking as need a telephone security code, but not possible to set one up as no one answers the phone. Is it not possible to arrange a callback instead of waiting on hold? Any other options? Thanks
