@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK is probably the worst bank out there. They have frozen my account without any reason and the worst is that they have no one on their help desk. Been on the phone for 1 hour with no reply. Honestly you are better off with @RevolutApp. #hsbcscam

@HSBC_UK - So I phoned you to report I had found someone's debit card and your 0800 number cost me 25p. Not impressed. Will never ever call @HSBC_UK again for anything. These calls should be free and not cost the customer a penny.

@HSBC_UK been a customer under a week. Worst banking experience I’ve had. Not possible for me to get to a branch so I can’t use my card/activate it. Due to a fraud block being put on it already!! Never again #dontevenbother @HSBC @MartinSLewis #martinlewis

@HSBC_UK Hi, No reply from 24 hours. Horrible service. New businesses can face stress, just because someone decided to put a block without reason and no contact. You kindly asked for DM and then no reply. So you can goholiday while staff working for us have no money to pay bills.
