    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK im sure you’re aware but there are a lot of people who are not able to access thier app in IOS 16, this is the same for me and my partner. The issue is that this is our main account and both are unable to get in. Can’t even log online as it asks for the digital key

    @hsbc_uk I'm trying to sort out remortgaging online but can't get past the first step after logging into the mortgage hub. I read the document, click continue, turn after a minute it says "we are unable to connect to the mortgage service". Can you advise?

    @HSBC_UK I get that but not sure how I am supposed the use online banking as you need the app to login securely. So now I can’t use the bank account, @HSBC_UK really do need to move with technology. I am sure it’s not just affecting me but thousands of @HSBC_UK customers.

    Have banked with @HSBC_UK for over 30 years yet attempting to contact their customer services today about a double payment (which they caused) resulted in a 30 minute wait only to be advised "there's nothing we can do for 5-10 days". #Banking with the legacy banks is a joke.

    @HSBC_UK 2/2….. at the end agent went away for more advice & never came back! I have ‘test e-mailed’ Stuart Rose and it seemed to go thru’ O.K so tmrw will try a full e-mail for his team to direct my initial issue (plus yesterdays carnage) to the right people..

    @HSBC_UK shambolic service on the breakdown recovery provided by RAC. Charged £180 for recovery due to a snapped key almost 3 hours later still no sign.

    @HSBC_UK 1/2 I’m surprised by a response and impressed by speed of: First of all ‘Chat’ service isn’t – it’s just a robotic intercept with no outcome. Phone? – yesterday spent 35 mins. until eventually sent down ‘a blind alley’ so I had to call back, 45 mins this time….
