    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK The machine broke. The express service took at least 15 minutes and I had to leave without the money being in the account. It landed a few hours later. Your staff were helpful and re-assuring, like when I used to take notes, coins and cheques to deposit with them over the counter

    @HSBC_UK Nonsense, no matter what time you call day/night you get the same rubbish “we are experiencing high call volume right now…” HSBC used to be the best bank in the uk but the service has deteriorated and resources have been off shored to cheap labour giving a poor service. #useless

    @HSBC_UK One has to wonder why your phone lines are "so busy". I'll tell u why, & will offer u advice. Perhaps employ staff who are adequately trained to conduct a service. U have used Covid as an excuse for far too long & certainly doesn't wash any more. Clean up your appalling act, HSBC

    2/4 @HSBC_UK was penalised £63 million for similar issues. @StanChart was fined £46 million for failings in reporting and internal controls. TTF believes that fining large corporations isn’t enough to drive the change in conduct that is so desperately needed....

    @HSBC_UK my card is not working online. I called up and was told I’d be put through to the fraud department to sort out after I had been on the phone for 40 mins, only to be cut off as that department is closed. Can someone message me ASAP to sort out, as I want to use my card!

    @HSBC_UK That doesn’t help. The credit card agreement requires me to authenticate with my mobile number before I can sign it. The number is wrong and I’ve phoned up 3 times to have it changed. I don’t have an HSBC account.

    @HSBC_UK There is an issue with your app. When I'm on a chat with the cust svc rep, and even while we are discussing, the app pops up a box trying to log me off & asks if I'd like to continue being logged in. This is disruptive as I am still in the chat. Pls resolve this bug. Tks
