  @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

  @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

  @HSBC_UK Have been trying to access my account for years. I do not know my logins details in anyway. The international call phone call number will not work. What can I do? I am getting emails but can’t access anything.

  @HSBC_UK frustrated I fulfilled my IVA nearly 4 years ago and you are still showing me as a defaulted open account but no one will talk to me as it’s no longer my account ????? Way to help a girl move on

  @HSBC_UK I ordered a new credit card that still hasn’t arrived. When I call your helpline, they ask for the card number which I obviously don’t have yet. Can you please help.

  Last night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

  @HSBC_UK STOLE MY MONEY. I requested Direct Debit Indemnity on Monday, 3rd April 2023. I have been asked to wait 5 working days for the refund. It's 11th April today, 8 days over due to bank holiday weekend. FINANCIAL ABUSER is @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK hi, how do I get to speak to an actual person please, I have been trying but keep getting asked account numbers and password by a computer voice….I just need to speak to a human being, please help
