    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK I cant login to mg online banking, bcs i just change my phone and it needed to set new secure key. Problem is then i need to put in my password (which i forgot, which is why i setup the voice id), then it’s all locked now

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming, since I’ve updated my iPhone ios I am unable to use my app, can’t speak to anyone online as I have to log in which is impossible! Can’t get through on the phone as the queue is too long! Tried various times! I’m stuck as i can’t transfer money!!

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for this. I have reinstalled it but I need the digital secure key to complete sign in - which I obviously don't have now. The video you linked to no longer exists

    @HSBC_UK I see you are involved in the the vast funding of fossil fuel. I am a lifetime customer. I will change to a green bank if you do not do something to prevent the terrible destruction you are party to. And I mean it 100%. #climate #ClimateActionNow #COP26
