    @HSBC_UK No you’re not. You promised me you’d help me, then you denied me help, upped interest, denied me appointments and charged me crazy interest. You’ve made my life hell. As soon as my debt is paid I’m leaving. Shocking for someone who has been banking with you for 22 years.

    @HSBC_UK went out of my way to deposit some cash in my new local (since you closed my old local). Paying in machines not working. Been told that they can’t take my deposit because “we are obviously digital”. There is nothing obvious about a bank not providing banking services!

    @HSBC_UK do you EVER answer your telephone calls? Awful company. Staff no idea what they are talking about, transfer you to another section, then get shoved back to the front of the queue again without so much as a sorry. Now been waiting 40 mins. Given up.

    @HSBC_UK I’m struggling to speak to customer services regarding a password reset on my online account. It’s taking forever. What is going on?!! It shouldn’t have to take this long to wait for an agent in order to reset a bloody password. Puts people off changing it, doesn’t it.

    TOP TIP> 'DM'ing @HSBC_UK gets a faster (glacial pace faster) response than waiting on the phone for 30mins+ or going thru the 'secure message' route on their web site, only to be binned off and unable to message them 🤬
