@HSBC_UK WHY, in 2021, do I have to call up your service center to set up a direct debit between my bank to pay my credit card, only for the automated response to tell me to fill in the form, on the website, WHICH ONLY WORKS FOR HSBC BANK ACCOUNTS?!

@moltengoldlava @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni Make a foundation on what? Getting more white people into education? No, thats ridiculous. The fairest way would be doing it based on income and social background. Doesn't discriminate. Sadly, more black people do fit into that, so they'd still get a proportional amount of help.

It's a much bigger problem and complex issue than just race, while it does play some role in it, it's a combination of different things that need to be addressed further. Such as income inequality.

@HSBC_UK I have wasted a few hours of my life trying to teach simple logic and math to customer service who are trying to get me to pay interest on my loan for 41 months despite paying it after 11 months! Disgraceful
