    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK It still isn’t working for me, tried deleting & redownloading, restarting my phone, nothing has worked it just crashes and closes once I go on the app. Waiting for my physical secure key so that I can access my bank but that could be another weeks so idk what you expect us to do

    @HSBC_UK Hi Alison. Yes I still have my secure keypad for the website, how do I switch back to that as I think the app is now set to generate the secure code etc.

    **** @HSBC_UK. And their rude and useless staff at the Chiswick branch. ATM takes my card, won’t give out money. Now staff REFUSE to put a sign on the machine to warn other people.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_AUS @HSBC UK account locked due to incorrect security Q. Live permanently in AUS now. Can not unlock account because your teams won't/can't communicate due to incompetence/time zone issues. Show some initiative and rectify this.

    @DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK I get soooo cross about poor customer service. Some things ate out of the hands of individuals but being pleasant and helpful can't be that difficult.

    @DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK HSBC are a nightmare! My husband needed statements for his business account, you can’t order on the app, they won’t do it over the phone you have to go into a branch! Also wallet stolen over weekend & unable to order new cards as “system down”🙄🤯

    @HSBC_UK since updating to IOS 14.8 the HSBC online banking app has been crashing and haven’t been able to log on. Very appalling especially after having to wait 3-4 weeks for account to be opened now this. Off to uni soon so will need frequent access to my online banking service

    @HSBC_UK i have just managed to log on via the website but it is forcing me to find a solution for generating a digital code. Your app is broken so i had to request the other option. it now says i will have to wait another 5-10 days before i can access my account. are you serious?!
