@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK 10 days ago you blocked my account due to Dec CC statement which I didn’t request being returned to you in March! Despite hrs on the phone from UK and USA, still not resolved. Bills unpaid, £100 of phone calls, yet all I get from your “customer service” is lies.

@HSBC_UK tried logging in with the app this morning, asked me to setup a security pin instead of using my security password, the app then just says service unavailable and I can't do anything.
