    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK Tried to open HSBC Advance on HSBC website. Completed application then realised I have to open through the link on AndyCleverCash website to get the £175 switching bonus. Please can you disregard my first application and only process the second application I made today.

    @HSBC_UK my app recently told me I’d entered the wrong password (it was the same password as usual and not been changed). Tried to phone up but you wanted to know a payment that went out on a random day which I couldn’t remember as I don’t have access to my internet banking!??

    @HSBC_UK stood in a long queue in Birmingham branch where apparently it takes an hour to speak to a member of staff to sort a problem we have had with our account for well over 12 months despite us trying to resolve it. Shockingly bad service.

    @HSBC_UK That sounds right. I was told because I was an existing customer I’d be able to go through the process over the phone. Should I now hang up my call? I’m conscious I can’t go through another 3+ hour wait as it’s rendered it impossible for me to work today.

    @HSBC_UK Might be time to start thinking about opening not local branches. Have been waiting over 50 minutes to talk to somebody face to face about help with an international bank transfer. 10 more minutes and I'm walking out and closing my accounts.

    Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC . On the phone for 90mins, passed from one agent to another!
