@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK can you tell me why my wife and son have been turned away from your Sutton Coldfield branch at 16:15 because they close at 16:30 when they only want to transfer money from one a/c to another yet your website says you close at 17:00. Told it can only be done in branch!

@HSBC_UK your customer service is frankly one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced, I’m completely appalled Huge wait after application (no comms) Delays in cards being sent Wrong information sent Applying fees wrongly Not setting card up for balance transfers 🤯🤯🤯

@HSBC_UK No I’ll be leaving @HSBC_UK @HSBC after having banked since the 1990s. I’ve been asked to call back but I can’t get through for hours. When I do the Indian call centre drops my call or they say they can’t help. I’m done with your online help as well. Totally useless

@HSBC_UK 3 phone calls to your helpline trying to help my daughter sort her student account. Phone cut off at all 3 attempts after 22, 12 and 6 mins. She has SEN and needs support. How do we get in touch?

@HSBC_UK Hi, quick question. I've got some notes that I need to convert to coins; is this a service you offer in-branch? Asking here before I go down there!

@HSBC_UK I have just endured pedantic rudeness and little help from one of your call centre team. The problem has NOT been resolved as two different HSBC employees claim different things. I am left with concerns about the fraud I was alerted to. Totally unacceptable service.

The @HSBC_UK banking app crashed on startup with “server error” — so had to delete and reinstall and then re-auth with security device and all fine

HELP! My 93 year old father worked in Mexico 20yrs & retired to UK. @HSBC_MX his bank for 28 years has frozen his account. He can't get his pension. They claim the ONLY fix is to come into the branch in person😥. In 🇲🇽. This while advertising a new 'expat account'! @HSBC_UK

@ermitjustis @HSBC_UK @firstdirect You’re kidding! All my cards (including HSBC ones) have now changed to this new style. Does that mean I can’t pay in ANY cash? Counter service seems to be a thing of the past.
