I lost my bank card so I can not "block" it and can not clear customer service ( I can not remember how I spent £107 on the 4th of April ) My account may be empty for all I know and I can not do any about it

Adam Stroud (@adas1023) reported@HSBC_UK Last week my wife was wrongly informed that closing her savings account would cost £4, instead we can now see in the account that it has cost closer to £400. Customer service said this will take 6-8 weeks to investigate, but we need the money back now!

Appalling
