    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK Urgently need HSBC support! Can't use Secure Key so essentially locked out of all Digital Banking. Can't use Live Chat as you need to be logged in! In another country and call wait times are costing a fortune and I've still not been able to talk to an agent! Someone help

    @HSBC_UK My mobile banking app was fixed by a lovely lady by phone last Friday after 6 weeks without it and having moaned on Twitter. Another lady called me to make sure I could still access it this week. I can. Thanks HSBC. A NOW HAPPY CUSTOMER.

    @HSBC_UK Please read my tweet about my son being scammed. Are you absolutely certain you can't track the scammed down? I'm gutted for my son, and angry that people get away with this.

    @HSBC_UK Hi yes followed the instructions and still the same …. I have used this feature before Without any problems. It’s happened the last 2 different times I have tried to get it to work

    Think it may be time to look for a new bank. Since the @HSBC_UK mobile app 'update' many customers are unable to use it and all the support 'fixes' are basically the customer trying various methods and spending time trying to resolve what wasn't their fault #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK terrible service cut off twice whilst on hold for the fraud department. On hold for hours.

    Rly didn’t want 2 do this but @HSBC_UK have the WORST service I’ve experienced. I’ve now raised a complaint twice, no response + 2 acc closure requests issued & not actioned. Still applying charges. #shambles

    @HSBC_UK How about putting this information out into the public domain as soon as you know, that way you might not have as many annoyed customers! I would of been happier seeing there’s an issue rather than having to ask!

    @HSBC_UK The recent update is horrendous. You need to get an update our to fix some of the usability issues. As I said previously, it has more bugs than a bushtucker trial.
