    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK why can’t I deposit some cheques into my account with banking app . Have never had any previous problems . No one can seem to help or give me an answer . Was supposed to have a call back tonight but as usual no one from bank has contacted me . Appalling customer service

    @MoneySavingExp Just thought I’d pass comment on how bad the service has been from @HSBC_UK following switch 18th Nov. I know there’s been postal strikes but only docs I’ve had tell me switch complete. 1/2

    Surprised to get an email from @HSBC_UK saying that @WeArePayUK are closing down their PayM service. The UK's equivalent of @Venmo or a very bad Mpesa What options does that leave for people in the UK to transfer money quickly between different banks

    Not a good start joining @HSBC_UK with royal mail strikes Im left with no bank or account details since joining on 25 Nov and now my current bank account as now been closed with the switch I won't even be able to access my money via @santanderuk

    why @HSBC_UK has failed to help with my calls today after waiting to be connected for 45min twice??? I was disconnected the first time by the guy who was transferring me to another dept and the second time the guy’a phone number was breaking so he disconnected me too!!!
