@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK since yesterday the kinetic app said it needed updating and could not log in. Now it just locks out everytime even after a call to unlock it.

@HSBC_UK Is there a problem with online payments? I'm trying to pay a bill online and it isn't working. I'm repeatedly getting the message: "Your bank has not authorised this payment, using the card details you supplied." I know I have the funds, what is going on?!

Hi @HSBC_UK I need to speak asap to yr people who deal with LPAs (lasting power of attorney) for aged, ill & confused mother with HSBC bank account. Staff say the guidelines unclear so won't register! Pls help. It's now urgent to get LPA activated & put care package in place.

@HSBC_UK I need to make a payment, but am having to use another bank because HSBC are currently only open 8-8…….. I rather wait longer and at least eventually speak to someone than wait till the next day, not exactly good customer service…..

@HSBC_UK Although the wait was slow, we were more upset with the poor service when actually speaking to someone. To add to the experience you have now sent her debit card to a branch 50 miles away from where we live despite agreeing on the call to send it to our address. Pathetic.

@HSBC_UK WHY, in 2021, do I have to call up your service center to set up a direct debit between my bank to pay my credit card, only for the automated response to tell me to fill in the form, on the website, WHICH ONLY WORKS FOR HSBC BANK ACCOUNTS?!
