    @HSBC_UK you keep sending letters to someone at my address who doesn't live here. Your live chat won't understand. I keep returning them, but you, or someone at the same PC as you CS centre, keeps sending them. Please help stop

    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @MirabilisZ @HSBC_UK @Shelter Good points. I also have a hard time believig that this is really to help rather than another way to make money! After the exploitation by many multi-billion £ corporations, I just simply don't by that they "just" want to help! I don't buy it! Greed is too powerful to resist.

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I’ve recently opened a Premier account with @HSBC_US and they informed me I could upgrade my UK account too. However I’m being told that no upgrades are happening at the moment? Is this correct? As it means I cant access premier UK services?!

    @HSBC_UK hi. I've locked my app on my new phone. When I try to log in via online banking it wants my secure key to unlock. The secure key is on the app I'm locked out of. I can't now get on either. Help.
