    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK The trouble is you keep closing all the branches and in a rural area it's impossible especially when you've closed the nearest city branch that was already 20miles away. It would be nice for feedback to be passed on please as I'm sure he cannot be the only one having trouble.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you - left it for a few hours and service had resumed by then. I don't usually have to clear cookies before being able to access my bank account and am not experiencing any problems with accessing anything else online, so hope it might have been helpful to let you know.

    @HSBC_UK That's what I asked your customer service advisor on the phone to do, after an hour and 40 minutes of a wasted phone call talking to him, not only did he not send it, he also gave me wrong amount to pay

    @HSBC_UK Unable to make a transfer to new payee using banking app, getting error message 'this service is temporarily unavailable'. I also cannot pay off credit card, when asked to confirm the payment nothing happens after pressing the button!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to reset my password because your system locked me out. I called your support desk, but it wastes £10 without solving anything. I'm living in Japan and cost for calling is expensive. What do you recommend?

    @HSBC_UK I was having issues with both. The personal app has mostly improved (and I had a call back for it today) but the business app remains non-functional as described above and no contact about it

    @HSBC_UK experiencing worst customer service from @HSBC_UK business banking ! Online chat not working, holding on phone banking almost an hour, no agent available. Account manager not responsive . This is so frustrating !please help!

    @HSBC_UK Filed. I just hope not too many of your older users make a payment of 100 times what they intend, before you fix that
