  @Chrischappie @HSBC_UK I’m also having this same exact problem today. I can transfer money between accounts but can’t use Apple pay or make online purchases for some reason even though there’s money on the account?

  Over a minute of recorded information before I can even access my balance - mostly telling me it would be quicker to use the @HSBC_UK app. Well yes, I know that but its bloody broken isn't it.

  @HSBC_UK Resolve an simple issue. You couldn’t do that so I made a formal complaint. Painfully slow.
