@HSBC_UK I am with my friend who is 71 and in the USA and this bank told him they cannot help him get access to his account- WHAT A TERRIBLE BANK!!!! He is a Brit and now has no access to his account!!!

@OctaviaWiseman @HSBC_MX @HSBC_UK Why? How heartless and disgusting! Hope you manage to figure something other than your 93 yo father going to Mexico! But yes, it's a known awful bank... Shame on them! I was looking into it because it's allegedly "international," but ran away after the first reviews.

@HSBC_UK I have said it before and I am sure I will say it again: you have the most customer-unfriendly fraud detection algorithm in the business. Do something slightly unusual? Spending a half hour on the phone with HSBC is your reward.
