@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK Why does it take 26 ‘unanswered’ minutes to try and get through to someone to reset your online banking details that you’ve requested?! #frustrated!! Any help would be appreciated!

@HSBC_UK I have had no issues with this bank for years. Now they have cancelled my card owing to a data breach. The service I have received since then has been APPALLING. 4 to 6 days to get a debit card issued, nobody really knowing what is happening. Honestly PATHETIC

@rchind5 @HSBC_UK Consider yourself lucky. I'm premier too and they just hang up on me. Guess that's how they keep their waiting times down.

@claireedith @HSBC_UK I waited for 20 minutes on the phone and when they transfered me they drop the call... Don't know if it's worth it opening an account with this customer service.

Shout out to @HSBC_UK for my dad's church down (you know, the one who is the vicar of the church) bc telling them they have the 30th of June to fill a thing out was a LIE and we've now basically been accused of money laundering.

@HSBC_UK can you please tell me current average wait for an outcome on an Advance account? Been waiting over 2 weeks. No useful indicators from customer services and not permitted to speak with application processor...

If @HSBC_UK are blocking cryptocurrency transactions, consider me no longer a customer. Will update you all today if I get some clarity on the issue. I know this applies to their trading platform but I'm hearing rumours it also applies to debit card transactions.
