    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK I have a problem. You locked my online-banking, because I couldn't remember the new passwort. I'm abroad and cannot call you for veryfing the automated password reset via phone, I have no money on my sim. I can also not chat with you, because for that I need to log on.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve so far had two waits of 47 minutes before the line cut and currently 35 minutes. I understand people are busy, but another large bank answered my query within 12 minutes earlier today. I don’t see how HSBC can justify the difference to the customer.

    @MAli78674571 @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me today, wasted 74 min and being transferred over to 4 agents who were like lame ducks didn't know anything about customer service..can someone officially look into the service that is being provided..it's like a pandemic of pathetic customer service HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Nope, not working. And spent more than an hour on the phone and they were unable to fix the issue. So now have to wait for the physical key to arrive, or for the escalated support ticket to be dealt with. Very frustrating.

    @biloddy @HSBC_UK Typical private sector service - there are good examples such as @OctopusEnergy but many utilities and banks wait time on phone is 30 mins

    @HSBC_UK Guys I'm stuck in MAN and my corporate card is maxxed. I need an increase asap but the online function nor app are working. My username is not recognised and the telephone line says office is closed. What can I do?

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem with adding payees on app? I keep getting error 503 and can't make a transfer.

    @HSBC_UK Activated the app, didn't realise this meant physical secure key is disabled. Prefer physical key and PC so called to get this re-activated, told that will have to get a new one sent. Can't login on PC in meantime. A complete mess!
