  @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

  @HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.

  Potentially affected his credit rating by making multiple attempts to get thousands of pounds, and worst of all destroyed his confidence. My advice - if you’re with @HSBC_UK delete your banking app. If you’ve got an iPhone, check all your access/multiply protections….

  @HSBC_UK Hi, I’ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but can’t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? I’m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but I’m not sure.

  @HeringGio @EXCEL @HSBC_UK In that case you should just take knight mid and put keria support. Keria is so much better than hylli and knight is good

  The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.

  @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account
