@HSBC_UK hi, I’m having trouble amending a standing order, your app isn’t capable, your online banking system won’t let me and your chat advisors can’t help me either. I’ve asked for someone to call me, preferably a manager and I’ve been told that isn’t possible! Please help!

@giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Today, 14 Sept, at 21.40, I managed to access my accounts on the iPhone app. HSBC haven't advised me that the problems have been solved(?) or apologised for the MASSIVE inconvenience or even bothered to advise that I might like to try the app again. Not good.

@HSBC_UK My app isn’t working properly since the update. It starts to load and then shuts down. Deleted and reinstalled but still unresponsive.Can you help?
