    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, has HSBC ever considered doing a priority replacement service for debit cards? I don't even know if mine was ordered when they said it was. Annoying can't go or do anything without it.

    @HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

    @HSBC_UK I ordered a new credit card that still hasn’t arrived. When I call your helpline, they ask for the card number which I obviously don’t have yet. Can you please help.

    @HSBC_UK I don’t have my cards they where thrown away by mistake a few months ago. I wanted to do a credit transfer but I need my card details to login or to speak to anyone. I don’t have them, how can you help me?

    The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.
