  @HSBC_UK Thought I’d successfully applied for a new account via the app - I’ve got my sort code & account number - but I can’t get any further to ‘set up mobile banking’ - I get the message ‘service unavailable’ and I have been trying again later for the last 16 hours.

  @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is not working properly, it lets me scan my thumb to log in and then freezes? I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the ‘Delhi’ 😡 phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

  @HSBC_UK failed responses to emails to named account as requested by staff member @ Malvern branch. Rang number on business card. Unable to help. Am trying to open an account and make deposit. Any customer care? Any assistance?
