    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK 2 hours 23 minutes on hold to Business Banking (issue remains unresolved). This “service” costs £60 per year. “Cos COVID” is no longer flying as an excuse.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, how do you find the online chat on your website? Your contact page says "Log on to online banking. Select the Chat tab to the right of the page." But that chat tab on the right of the page doesn't exist?

    @HSBC_UK Hi’ Joseph, I have read it but it’s still showing unread notifications. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Unfortunately now i need to reset my telephone banking 🥲 to login into the app without the token.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Just had trouble with them myself today for the third time after 30y of banking with them and never even having gone overdrawn once, ever. It seems I am not a valued customer. They tried to tell me it was up to them if I could use my own money to buy a car.... done and dusted.

    @HSBC_UK spent over 3 hours trying to sort out a payment . Spoke to customer services after 25 minutes and got chopped off. Not happy
