Managed to solve my HelloFresh issue by finding head office people but still gobsmacked that @HSBC_UK only defence against fraud is cancelling your card. Which means frantically setting up all your financial commitments again before bills come out. Why do I need a a bank again?

@HSBC_UK is your app broken? It didn't give me the option to log in with biometrics, wouldn't accept my secure key password so I reset it, and now on the 'confirm' screen for the new password it says 'something went wrong'.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Please fix your app, the app crashes every time on iOS 15. I have tried it on my iPad too which is running iOS 15, meaning it’s because of the IOS 15. Please update to support IOS 15, thank you! (I have tried also reinstalling.)
