    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK I need some help with my mothers account she has Dementia and is in a care home have been trying to set up a direct debit to pay straight to care home for her fees and had a letter saying she has to go into a branch unfortunately she is unable to walk after breaking hip

    @HSBC_UK HSBC will penalise their customers for the vandalise the customer and leaving the debt . They don’t verify before they provide the loan . Today they taken my salary left in debt for the loan applied by the fraudster . I am carrying for help called HSBC 19 times ,any one help me

    @HSBC_UK Tried that spoke to an assistant who took me through security and then hung up. Great service 😡😡😡NEW CALL STARTED ON HOLD AGAIN

    @HSBC_UK some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, 1 suspicious transaction on my card has resulted with no access to that account for over 2 weeks, a replacement card lost in transit and yet to turn up. Along with being passed to a different agent every minute

    @HSBC_UK here’s an idea to help you retain business. Try not closing your branches! Your Park Gate branch is closing and your Fareham branch is digital only. Just where do you expect businesses and charities to pay in their banking?

    @kuyamanzano I have same problem with @HSBC_UK they charge me some transactions as cash advance fee it is just scam .... 3 gbp 4gbp even it is GBP.. I wont use their credit card anymore....
