    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @kabouzied_uk @HSBC_UK They're really awful, I agree. When I went into branch to try and sort out the last 'potential fraud' the guy there actually laughed at me when he was telling me I'd have to just wait on the phone line. Sorry they're messing you about too.

    @HSBC_UK there’s a problem with your phone system. I’ve been trying to ring the mortgage team since yesterday afternoon and having been hold for 10 minutes the line has either gone dead or been answered by someone outside the UK who can’t help. Please sort it.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK , I emailed as you requested and still no reply, nobody is calling me, no assistance whatsoever and my issue is still not resolved for an 8th day. Really shameful!

    Dear @HSBC_UK - every time I mention the app notification issue, I’m asked if my notifications are turned on. I’ve been asked this several times now and the answer each and every time is ‘Yes, they are always on.’ If they weren’t, I’d understand why they’re not coming through.

    @HSBC_UK Very unhappy with the service I have received. I made a complaint and have not had an acknowledgement or anything for over a month. Your chat function isn’t good enough. Please contact me.

    Just applying for a @Barclaycard CC and @StarlingBank Account as @HSBC_UK can't be bothered to even answer (20 years of banking and paying their fees without support).

    @HSBC_UK my 73 year old, dyslexic mother can’t get her credit card limit increased. She can’t do internet banking & 2 branches have said they can’t help. She’s a Premier customer and is being discriminated against because of learning difficulties #poorcustomerservice
