  @HSBC_UK I have tried this number multiple times and still can't get hold of anyone. I have had no access to my account for over three weeks, and as I keep being cut off, no callback option, and your branch staff being useless in assisting me, I've started the switch to another bank.

  @HSBC_UK Hello, Rosalind. I clarified the issue in person at a branch office this morning, thanks for the support. As a general remark, however, the issue with the non-customer phone number (03456040626) should be solved so it doesn’t ask for the sort code and customer numbers.

  @WinchesterCops @HSBC_UK Received loads of these texts, also dont have HSBC account. All reported to Action Fraud, yet still keep happening, must be tough to crack down on these idiots, but we need to find a way.

  @HSBC_UK I have been trying to register as a new customer with you and want to open a @HSBC_UK current account. I originally applied several weeks ago and have not heard back. I also can not seem to get in touch on the phone. Help please!!
