@HSBC_UK I don't seem to be able to make payments via your app, the app is telling that the feature is unavailable. The error message is 503. I've tried numerous times on different days. Could you let me know when this will be fixed please?

@HSBC_UK rubbish customer service! You wrote to me asking for me to call you which I did, after 20 mins on hold you cut me off!This happened 3times even when speaking to 2 of your staff, they cut me off! So bad! I called one of your competitors for similar, so much better than u!

It’s the same with the online banking site, I choose the card account, hit ‘manage’ and there should be a pin reminder button. Spoiler: there’s not How about it @HSBC_UK ??

@HSBC_UK absolutely dreadful customer service - trying to help an infirm elderly neighbour sort out banking issues and cut off mid conversation - No assistance, no help, no empathy no suggestions …glad you record calls for “training purposes” !!

@HSBC_UK Still trying to pay my builder. 3 calls to Customer Service and finally got Fraud team who have “frozen my account”.Asked to “hold on” and was then cut off. HSBC obviously does not care about serving ordinary customers
