@HSBC_UK @ShappiKhorsandi Cont... * Tried to pay in money (real cash type money) into my account in the branch in Hereford city, only to be told I had to travel to Ross or Leominster both over 30 mile round trip, to be able to do this. * Over 3 hours on the phone trying to get help to sort the above.

@HSBC_UK As you can't tell me what happened to any of my THREE letters. Let me help.I suggest you: Contact Kendal branch and ask them to confirm they have my letters; If they do, ask them when they intend to reply; If not, ask them why they don't have them; Tell me. Simple.
