Despite making both branches “staffless” @HSBC_UK manage to close both the Maidenhead and Windsor branches due to “temporary staff shortages”. Expected nothing less from them. Absolutely shocking service as per usual.

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

I bank switch to HSBC few weeks ago. Called to ask questions about new account. Refuse to talk to me about my account. Could take over a month to be able to talk to someone about my account. Terrible customer service If your thinking of switching Do not use HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK done with you, more fraud on my account. Branche shut, tele banking op just hung up on me knowing how stressed I am about the fact in on holiday tomorrow, but now cant get there as card doesn't work. Totally shocking customer service. I'll go elsewhere after 20 yrs
