    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK So you can hide your ***** laundry from the public? No thanks. I would just like a simple answer as to why I would need to "verbally speak" with my other bank account provider to "confirm it is a legit account" (the actual words used by your fraud team). How does that help?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for your responses but lodging a complaint won’t change my branch back. I was never aware of any consultation and where as I understand the business decisions behind it, it no longer suits MY needs as a customer.

    @HSBC_UK I have now been cut off 3 times whilst being transfer to the credit card team. I have wasted over an hour and still not sorted my issue. It is urgent.

    Gone to @HSBC_UK and will be closing the other acc and taking that there too because they are helpful and i can do BOTH online...cheers for your.rubbish customer service

    @paulmcginty_gsy understand him even phonetically. Because I could understand him & verify the transactions, he was going to freeze the card unless I agreed to take the risk they were fraudulent. Disgraceful service from @HSBC_UK and has remained so consistently too

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to call the fraud line. After holding for 20 minutes 21 seconds I was cut off when it seemed I like as connected!! Very FRUSTRATING. That’s poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Trying to apply for a mortgage with HSBC and the website will not let me proceed, have tried different browser, diff devices, deleted cookies, and rang them up for help (and received none) - like guys i'm trying to give you money here!! #frustrated

    @HSBC_UK Clearly the worse bank. Every other bank opens accounts in minutes. After a week still nothing. I won’t waste my time on a complaint I’ll just close the account if you ever manage to open it that is. Your abysmal customer service rating is well deserved!
