@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@Aliciasdnud @HSBC_UK “Hi there! We’d love to continue this in DMs, mainly because public evidence of our incompetence is terrible for brand awareness.”

@HSBC_UK So I sent a PM and guess what no response. Pretty much what I expected from #HSBC. Shocking customer service

@HSBC_UK I am trying to open a business bank account. Your systems are so impenetrable that it is impossible to get anything done. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with banking.

@DailyMail Dear god @HSBC_UK is this the type of person you have working for you?

@HSBC_UK But your agents on the phone cannot help people with online applications. They say that themselves. You really need to work on your new customer journey as right now .. I can't see why anyone would want to struggle with it and become a customer.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

@HSBC_UK I know where the local one is and it’s miles away and my mum and elderly people can’t access easily! It’s a shame a bank like hsbc doesn’t get involved in these banking hubs when everyone else seems to be able to ….

@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

@kyle213187 @HSBC_UK Also. Seems to be a glitch.

@HSBC_UK I’ve just tried to update my change of name on the app but it’s saying I can only do this in person. All my local branches have closed down and I’m unable to get to one. What do I do please?
