    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK It is a complete NIGHTMARE to log in to your online banking system! Customer support is awful on the phone. Outsourcing outside the UK and having representatives telling me they don’t know how to call me back because I am outside of the UK!

    @HSBC_UK Is this still the case? I’ve spoken to three agents online who have no idea what I’m talking about and keep telling me to use the app to pay in a cheque (it’s over £500 so I can’t). I’m nowhere near a branch and can only get to a post office and no one seems to be able to help

    @HSBC_UK You have terrible customer service..very very poor understanding.. Been passed to two agents who didn’t understand only to have the phone put down after being referred to a ‘specialist’

    @HSBC_UK Well, its the one-week anniversary of being told by #HSBC that I would be called back within 10-15 minutes.🎂 I'm still waiting - and I'm STILL unable to access my accounts through #OnlineBanking / #InternetBanking. I'd have thought SOMEONE would have called by now.

    @HSBC_UK why it is impossible to open a Bussiness account for a charity with you? Application started in Jan2022 Today, I spent over 1hr to a online agent to be told the earliest appointment is May? We have already had a zoom appointment back in Feb. That’s 5 months
