My bank card was stolen yest, pin compromised & money taken from my account within 15 mins of card being stolen. Blocked card when I realised & spoke to HSBC fraud team...within 3 hours of the call @HSBC_UK had put the stolen money back in my account. Pretty amazing service 👏👏

@HSBC_UK It would appear I can download just about any other HSBC app, including UK Business Account app - but not UK Retail banking app. I'll do a deal with you HSBC, I won't pay my credit card bill, until you fix the app - I'm not paying any interest either, (1/2)

@HSBC_UK Thanks, but what I'm saying here is that this is just not good enough. I've done exactly that, and called back, at my inconvenience. So much easier if you could prove your identity to me, on my terms, then you wouldn't have to wreak the design of your banking site with banners!
