    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    Hi @HSBC_UK, you keep sending me emails but there's no 'Unsubscribe' option. I've not had an account with you for 10+ years and all I want is for you to stop emailing me. Is there somewhere I can send an email to get this done? There's no form on your website.

    @hsbc_uk my fingerprint stopped working on the app now my digital securr key is blocked but my security answers keep saying wrong when they're not. Now it's blocked the app and online banking and neither them or phone calls will fix problems. I need to log in somehow

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for such a quick reply. That has addressed the issue. This isn't really good though if I can't use the app as intended. Is there an ETA on when I will be able to use all the functionality again?

    @HSBC_UK 1/2 From what I have observed, it seems like I've not been the only one experiencing issues with the CS from @HSBC_UK. I have been trying to reactivate my dormant account for 3months now and till now there's been no luck. I was given incomplete information to send my documents

    @HSBC_UK Need to transfer funds from my HSBC Acct @ 15 High St. Bournemouth, to my Acct in Cebu, PH. Locked out and read New Secure Login being introduced, so little point getting it restored! Will try Phoning HSBC UK, via Viber Out.
