@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I can’t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?

@HSBC_UK Woken up to an email from you confirming registration of my card on Apple Pay. I’m lead to believe this was a glitch - will you be issuing a follow up to confirm?

@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
