  For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

  Do not join @HSBC_UK if you use an iPhone. They make it impossible to use the app if there is an iOS update. You can’t access your online banking without a code, generated by opening the app which doesn’t work with iOS updates. Every other bank has managed to do it.

  @HSBC_UK I rest my case another broken process. As a CS rep u shud have the ability to identify and escalate poor processes as you see them more than management the fact you can’t do so without my name speak volumes. Thanks for your time I will write to Nuno as I said.

  @HSBC_UK I have a joint a/c with u and want to make my savings joint but we hv been told 2 go 2 a branch with identification to do so? @Yorkshire_BS allow me to open a joint a/c on line?? It’s easier to move my account than stay with you! Shocking service is now the norm from u!

  @HSBC_UK how do I log into my online banking without the need of a digital key? You haven’t updated your app so I can’t access it!
