@HSBC_UK so your app is bad. Wouldn’t accept a payment request. Then I’m told to update it. Now can’t access the app or online and you’ve all gone home. #fail @HMRCcustomers you aren’t getting paid because of this bank not me or want of trying

@HSBC_UK How do we make an official complaint to yourselves? My partner has been on the phone for over an hour as her bank card seems to have been blocked but she has been told there's no block on it and everyone she speaks to can't help and passes her on to someone else...

@JimBrowning11 @Visa @HSBC_UK Hey Jim, working in fraud here for a bank in the UK (not HSBC), almost all staff are trained to speak to customers only really, I'd say majority of my colleagues would react the same, overall flaw of how we are trained, your best bet is to ask to speak to a supervisor/manager 1/2
