    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK Sent. I'm on the brink of just moving to another bank to be honest. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how awful your #CustomerService actually is. You're closing banks frequently and have clearly given up on your none corporate customers. I'm at my wits end.

    @HSBC_UK so cross at your ‘premier’ service, tried since November to get credit card updated and 10+ calls later still no success. Calls this morning your staff keep disconnecting the line!

    @HSBC_UK can you explain why I now have to put in a secure key for online banking. I have never been sent a card reader so now it’s impossible for me to view or move money. Thanks
