    @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

    @HSBC_UK the branch looks great I’ll give you that . But when staff are so incompetent I can’t open an account for a nine year old AND come away with my wife feeling insulted . Maybe spend less on the coffee machine and invest in some staff training. Bloody awful service.

    @HSBC_UK Apparently you have now opened a complaint internally so no need to do it twice. I am trying to raise awareness It's not just my daughter There are lots of people out there can't access a bank account because they poor, disabled etc

    Literally every time I try to do anything through @HSBC_UK's business banking it is a nightmare. It's 45 minutes on hold to get transferred twice before anyone can help you. Every. Single. Time. Do not use them!

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to book an appointment by phone and twitter. I've not been successful either way. On constant hold on the phone (>2 hours) and there are no date options on twitter. Pls advise how can I book an appointment for a new account for an existing customer in Droitwich?

    Terrible customer services from @HSBC_UK today.. 43 minutes on music hold .. simply not good enough.. thank god it was greensleeves pounding my ear drums.. call on hold now for 46 minutes..

    @HSBC_UK The people who helped create the problem, the bankers, as taxpayers had to take on massive debt to bail out the City in 2008/09 are now offering you a solution to the inflation problem. Run away from @HSBC_UK as fast as you can.
