  @HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

  @msparkled @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK agreed. Absolutely useless. A terrible product. With all their profits you'd think they would make a better effort at the app especially the cheque feature. More than once I've had to go to a post office as the app failed and the branches are closed.

  @HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

  I was the receiver of the most unhelpful customer service by @HSBC_UK today. Seems helping a customer try and get a new card (which has been lost) is not a priority! That’ll be me switching then!

  @HSBC_UK disgusting service. I made you aware my father had passed away 6 weeks ago and took a copy of his death certificate to the branch. My Mum has had 6 phone calls in two weeks from HSBC asking to speak to my dad. What is your vulnerable customer policy?

  @HSBC_UK Your support team are absolutely appalling. They are literally refusing to help me with issues which fall directly under the UK's Direct Debit Guarantee

  @flyinglawyer73 @tomhfh I can recall banks opening on Saturdays since at least 1992 (before then I didn't have an account I could access). The main exceptions were in the City (even shops there were closed Saturdays) plus some Central London ones. It used to be annoying when @HSBC_UK had...
