@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK Thank you very much for your prompt reply and it’s very disappointing that I have to waste half a day chasing up for 10 mins phone call on my day off . Also Aviva doesn’t even know if they are underwriter of HSBC bank whilst customers are diverted to their website .🤷🏻

I’m thinking of switching banks as every other banking app works on iOS 15 apart from HSBC, and they keep blaming apple when it seems like they are just not wanting to help their user base out! @HSBC_UK

  • orcevans Olivia Evans (@orcevans) reported

@HSBC_UK It wasn’t the wait time that was an issue - i was with an agent that long before he cut me off. And no, I didn’t get the security number that should have been received in the post weeks ago following new account opening. I’m regretting choosing HSBC for my daughter.

@HSBC_UK This didn’t help at all

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin I’ve worked with homeless people for over twenty years. There is a HUGE issue with social contagion and desperation to fit in and conform. They want something, anything, to alleviate the pain of their circumstances and make them feel better. Why are you not exploring THAT?

  • hiphopchrissie hiphopchrissie (@hiphopchrissie) reported

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Perfect e.g of the evil system fooling people in to servitude They need all people to have access to a bank account know so they can take it off of you as a punishment when they go cashless Evil geniuses

  • leakylike Marjorie Hutchins (@leakylike) reported

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin if HSBC want to help those affected by homelessness then Stonewall is not who to give attention & money to Its a lobby org, one with poor integrity plenty of orgs with actual expertise in supporting all those affected by homelessness its a bad call

  • stusmith84 Stu Smith (@stusmith84) reported

@HSBC_UK is online banking/app down? No accounts showing in app, had a ‘thanks for updating fast balance accounts’ email, and get a ‘sorry you’ve ran into a problem’ when logging in online?

  • powelly83 Rob Powell (@powelly83) reported

@HSBC_UK your staff tell me the can't help and to ring a phone number between 8am-8pm. Only for me to find out that department closes at 5pm and have spent over 45 mins on hold each time. #poorservice

  • BlooThistle Windy Miller (@BlooThistle) reported

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Pride month ended yesterday. We’re back to general homelessness issues now.
