@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

Absolutely disgusted with you @HSBC_UK @HSBC What a way to treat a bereaved customer of 40 years. No Manager to speak to and my complaint will take up to 8 weeks to process. I am distraught.

Another problem with the mortgage situation is that you can no longer speak to your bank! I tried to go to branch @HSBC_UK and was told that they had no one I could speak to. The phones are busy. I don’t want to do this scary stuff online. I want to speak to a human! #mortgages

@HSBC_UK 1 hour and 20 minutes it took. You need to hire more staff especially if you’ve implemented a new system with an issue meaning they need to to do double entry of data.

@HSBC_UK Stop messing with customers who are unable to install your terrible banking app on their phones. That means allow mobile OTPs and provide new Security Cards and stop pretending you can't do so because of 'technical issues'!

@Noisyspace @HSBC_UK A friend is in the same position. She made an appointment at the nearest open branch (was ten mins, now an hour away!) & on arrival was told the person involved was off and there were no other appointments so she could wait “a few hours.” She needs access to her account!!
