@HSBC_UK been banking with you for 20 years and you have decided to close all my accounts for no reason and no-one that can help me with this. I have all my wages, direct debits and savings and now cannot access any of it over Christmas as you have closed my accounts. Ridiculous!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Your ipad app sucks, your service sucks, fix your ****. EVERY ******* TIME my mum needs to use the app IT NEEDS TO BE RESET EVEN WITH FINGERPRINT ID and I need to spend 20 ******* MINUTES ******* AROUND WITH YOUR BULLSHIT SYSTEM JUST TO LOGIN AND CHECK HER BALANCE

@HSBC_UK You’ll get a new card by post within 4 working days or, if you're outside the UK, within 10 working days. According to website - inaccurate!! 7th working day and still without. Ordering online is impossible!! Can branches not have an option to take cards internally to collect?

@HSBC_UK hi HSBC. Are you able to help please? @AerLingus delayed flight MAN to DUB. Connection missed AerLingus didn't get us on next flight @11am despite there being 3 seats available. They've put us on 4pm flight. Can we claim travel insurance to pay business fare? Thanks

@HSBC_UK are you having issues with your app? I normally log on via fingerprint, but this morning it is asking me for my username and to generate a pin. I can’t generate a pin because when I open the app it asks me if I’m registered for online banking…can you help please?
