@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

Hi @HSBC_UK. I'm trying to set up a telephone banking security number to access a mortgage account. I'm struggling to understand how my partner has gone through the same process without any hinderance, but I need to provide you with evidence of my ID to access the same account.

@HSBC_UK Okay I am confused why this is part of the policy as original issue was cost of new ID around £20-£75 but enrolling a deed poll is £40+ so I don't understand how this policy helps people who have changed their name.

@HSBC_UK I am a premier customer and had to undergo the most horrendous experience trying to get a tiny increase in my mortgage. Never have I felt so victimised or undervalued. Totally disgusted in HSBC

Been attempting for months to put right the mess you have created ! Have the standards fallen that bad ? You closed a charity account with no permission and have made it almost impossible for these elderly ladies to reopen one! #hsbcuk @HSBC_UK #shameonyou #paulalumsdaine

@amcarmichaelMP says UK has sent all the wrong signals to China and that has led to the current crisis in HK. Calls on the Government to support the BBC in China & asks the Government what it is doing to respond to @HSBC_UK @StanChart support of the National Security Law.
