@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK Just tried to set up my online access to manage my new credit card, your system is faulty and all the call centre person could say was try again via a land line, as i have been on hold for so long, I think ill just destroy the card and you loose a customer

And now I’m expected to resolve an issue caused by @HSBC_UK shoddy systems. Which as a Business Analyst I can say clearly need some improvement. Maybe they should give me a job since i’m clearing up their mess.

@HSBC_UK - Is there some way to notify you that I'm getting mail for one of your customers? Online support and telephone support needs me to log in/verify. I just need a way to contact you to let you know that someone's mail is arriving at the wrong address.

@HSBC_UK So it seems, despite the wait and the apparent "sorting" of my problems, I am back to square one. I was supposed to be getting a letter sent out to allow me to fix this issue but no letter has arrived 😔.

How are @HSBC_UK dealing with peoples money when they can’t even resolve a simple direct debit issue. I would call them a word starting in c and ending in ts. But my mum always told me never to use that word.
