@HSBC_UK - Trying to login to the app on my phone. It says an activation code will be sent to my number (correct number). I have asked it to resend 20 times over the last 20mins and still nothing? I don't want to phone you, I just want the app to work. Is that possible?

@ntrav99 @HSBC_UK @ntrav99 Hey mate, I had to call them in the end as I needed to make a transfer. We did a reinstall but you need to be on the phone with them to get a new Secure key. Just speculation but the app has been overhauled so whatever process is supposed migrate on our phones is broken

@HSBC_UK when I generate a security code on my banking app to log in on a desktop it isn't recognised. I can't log into my banking app either

@HowzaDoo @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @lelaakxi to me and they help me recover my account back. He’s an expert.

@HSBC_UK any idea when you'll be bothered to fix your mobile banking app? It's been crashing on load for over a week now yet there is no update or even basic comms to customers. Can't do any banking unless I'm prepared to phone a call centre. Genuinely appalled!
