Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I spoke to a representative on the phone and she advised me I would have to go to the branch to open up a flexible savers account? I have a basic bank account and the hsbc website said I am not eligible. She also said no upgrades are taking place. Is this correct?

@HSBC_UK your on line banking is not fit for purpose and over complicated... app is useless and now my husband is unable to access his account after at least an hour and a half on the phone he was put on hold for forty minutes then hung up on ..poor poor service..
