Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK cannot withdraw cash using my debit card. And no it’s not due to lack of funds. Tried a number of times! And no access to online banking for hours now? Are our accounts safe??

@HSBC_UK mobile and online banking both failing. Unable to send urgent payments at all this weekend. Doesn’t help to log out and back in. What on Earth is going on and when will it be fixed. We are unable to access OUR OWN money. Not good enough
