  Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

  Hey @HSBC_UK ### Which it staff fixed iOS 16 hsbc bank fixing because after one month and 14 days they can’t fix the app so that is so ridiculous

  @HSBC_UK hello.. I have upgraded my phone and am trying to login to the app on my new phone. It keeps asking me to scan QR code from old device ..which I can't do as I have wiped everything from it. The app is not giving me any other options .. how do I login on my new phone???

  @HSBC_UK hi. Are you aware of any delays with new cards being delivered? My son opened a new account 2 weeks ago and still not had anything. Was told 4-5 working days.
