@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK I opened an account with you, I received an email from you saying my debit card should be with me within 3 working days. That was sent on the 21st October, it’s now 26th October and i oh he not received my card or any other documents. Is it on its way?

@HSBC_UK I have requested Telephone banking numbers to set up online banking for my children, this is supposed to have been posted twice but over a month later we still haven’t received them, can’t get through to customer services, the bank branch can’t help, please help!

Blocking my card because you think is fraud I’ve only had it 3 days so if it’s fraud maybe look at your own staff who ask me for my password etc and then can’t help me. Prob the worse excuse of customer experience I’ve had in 5 years or so. Never apply for an @HSBC_UK credit card

@HSBC_UK I cannot access her bank details as she is resting, but would have thought her name and address would be enough to secure an appointment, as you can find her details on the system. I am so unbelievably fed up with HSBC.

@PatriciaPelican @HSBC_UK It's true Patricia it's never worked 100% always a problem. The cheque deposite always been faulty for past 3 years. But branches are bring closed "because customers want online banking" bullshit. Nobody wants this. Elderly don't. People who don't have online facilities don't.

@HSBC_UK Can you tell me how much longer my replacement debit card will take to come to branch? it’s been 6 days so far. You also just completely cancelled my other debit card. So I’ve had no access to anything.
