Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@joelycett not sure if you're still trying to help people who have been treated badly by companies. My partner had her account emptied by fraudsters and @HSBC_UK have basically told us we have to wait up to 60 days for a resolution and that she might never see the money again 1/2

@HSBC_UK So why can I not set it up when logged in on a computer to online banking NOT the app. What is the point of using online banking when something so simple is made so difficult. And why is chat service not available.
