@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK what is wrong with the mobile app this weekend? It keeps saying ‘service unavailable’ since I added the digital secure pin’ and I have no access to do anything! Why did you force me to update to a new log in if you know your services do not work!

@HSBC_UK I already have set up the 6 digit Pin, it's the biometrics that stopped working, also when I click set up biometrics it shows an error "Service unavailable" and accessing the app is then crashing. Device is Android 11

Never Heard of Customer service

@HSBC_UK Also, if it ain't broken don't fix it. Why would you fix a perfectly good and secured way to login for some unreliable login ID? #badcustomerservice
