  Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

  @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

  Toying with queuing up to see a real person in an @HSBC_UK branch to sort out my online banking problems. Gotta be easier than making fruitless calls to the helpdesk, or finally getting through, only to be transferred to someone else and then getting cut off.
