Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK Nice to know you're there to help us @HSBC_UK but could you try answering the phone? Been on hold for over 50 minutes and had to hang up, trying again and been on hold again for nearly 30 minutes Using up the minutes of my phone plan isn't really helping me right now
