Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@HSBC_UK your chat support on the app is so frustrating! It’s just taken me an hour of back and forth just to get a simple question answered. All because they weren’t reading my responses properly. And this was chat support was apparently with a ‘human being’. 😩

@HSBC_UK Customer service is a joke, the mobile app chat service you get a reply to just 1 message after 5 -10 minutes if your lucky. Add that up for the total amount of messages. Was on the phone for 27 minutes for it to just cut off on me and no one bothers to call me back. Thanks

@HSBC_UK No authorised a payment of my money to another organisation using your app and my fingerprint as you do suggest using biometrics on your website. For the sin or trying to move my money with your security to another company you have suspended my accounts and denied me access

@LuanaElisabetta @HSBC_UK I just had exactly the same thing happen to me. 50 minutes on the latest call, they didn't sort the problem and just give up and the line went dead. No solution to problem after a week of calls and tweets. Looking at moving banks after being customer over 30 years! >:(
