    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @paullewismoney @HSBC_UK The consequences of banks closing branches or converting branches to digital only are starting to be felt widely - I don't know how people who have no support manage

    @HSBC_UK I've now done so. I do want to reiterate publicly how unhelpful the service provided over the phone has been. Having to resort to Twitter to get something sorted is not good even if it does ultimately help.

    @HSBC_UK could you please let me know when HSBC is going to add iOS 16 to the app to enable customers to access app using devices running ios 16, your not a small company, please assign some resources to this!

    @KirstlesYx @HSBC_UK This is hilarious. I'm having the same issue (same phone make) and HSBC just told me the app has no issues. On this post, they suggest turning off biometrics. Here's a thought, guys: talk to each other.

    @HSBC_UK Hi. My partner has been trying to register for online banking but due to a phone network issue, the verification codes didn't come through. It seems the phone issue is fixed but HSBC now says there have been too many code requests. How long until she can try again pls?

    @mellisreviews Let’s see when @HSBC_UK will allow me to install iOS 16 on my phone. 😒 On my iPad, it is super stable! Regarding “AirDrop not working; music randomly stopping;” I had similar issues last week with 15.5, and I had to restart the phone to sort that out. 🤔

    @HSBC_UK I haven’t updated to iOS 16 yet as I remembered just before hitting install how slow HSBC had been last time in getting the app updated to function at all with the new iOS, so I am not stuck at the moment just frustrated that I can’t run the new OS!

    I don’t know what the point of @HSBC_UK mobile banking is when they tell you to reinstall your app, then you have to reset your password. Give a reference to call be on the phone only to be told it’s locked and I have to go into branch to fix it?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
