  Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

  @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

  @ermitjustis @HSBC_UK @firstdirect You’re kidding! All my cards (including HSBC ones) have now changed to this new style. Does that mean I can’t pay in ANY cash? Counter service seems to be a thing of the past.

  @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

  @HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.

  @HSBC_UK STOLE MY MONEY. I requested Direct Debit Indemnity on Monday, 3rd April 2023. I have been asked to wait 5 working days for the refund. It's 11th April today, 8 days over due to bank holiday weekend. FINANCIAL ABUSER is @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK hi, how do I get to speak to an actual person please, I have been trying but keep getting asked account numbers and password by a computer voice….I just need to speak to a human being, please help
