You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

I’m not sure if it would have assisted, in this case, but I would advise use of the SIM PIN (“Settings” -> ”MobileData” -> “SIM PIN”) as an extra layer of security.
