@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

After the exploitation by many multi-billion £ corporations, I just simply don't by that they "just" want to help! I don't buy it! Greed is too powerful to resist.

@HSBC_UK Hi Andy. Unable to access the app at the moment due to a software upgrade. Was also a little puzzled that the phone number on your website for non-HSBC customers asks for a sort code, account number or customer ID 🤨

Been on hold to @HSBC_UK for over an hour now cause they won't accept my card on @thetrainline website when it's accepted everywhere else. I have no idea why. No one is answering. The automated message says they don't have my email address and number. They email me weekly! 🙄😤🤬
