Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

HSBC now insist on evidence that will take 10 working days to generate. Son cd have opened an account with Starling (among others) in the time it’s taken him dealing with HSBC today alone. So, @HSBC_UK, have a wild stab in the dark: will my son ever be a customer of yours?

@HSBC_UK I never received my phone banking nimber so was transferred to automated system. Advisor refusing to do same for my wife. Get paid tomorrow. No access to Internet banking.

@HSBC_UK you possibly have the WORST TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am really glad I bank with @firstdirect & not #HSBC. I wish @firstdirect did childrens accounts then I would not have to be on hold for ages, AGAIN, to ask why an online banking number still hasn't been sent
