Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

2 hours of my life I will never get back. Thank you @HSBC_UK #hsbc #premier for a joke of a 'service'. 2 hours and still not an inch forward in what should be simple. One team putting it onto the next. That's not great #customerexperience nor streamlining.

Shame on @HSBC_UK they cannot resolve an issue for my 86 yr mum after spending hours on the phone with her and the bank ... We sadly will have to use the ombudsman all because they can't solve a email issue for loading google pay 😡poor show @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Best bit was the bit where the online bank on the desktop asks you for a security code, but not the one you've just created on the phone call, then activated on the mobile app. It's a new, specially generated one, and the first step to get it reads, "DON'T sign in to the app".

Absolutely appalling customer service from @HSBC_UK. 1 hour 50 mins and counting and no nearer to solving my credit card issue. However I have now logged an official complaint! Insensitive questions and lack of training, plus lack of adequate English to deal with complex issues.

@HSBC_UK can you please explain why your #premier service is so pathetic, its not even a service really other than an opportunity to be frustrated? Deeply disappointed after being on the call x2 hrs and repeating info 3 times and still no resolution.
