    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @HSBC_UK Had my account 26 years at Borehamwood and get treated like a criminal when paying over the counter because the machines had broken, the customer service is appalling!
