  Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

  @artichokebistro @HSBC_UK It’s the same when you tried to get on the gov site, after you go through order, pushbutton one, pushbutton four, blah blah blah, we are overwhelmed, and then they ring off.

  @HSBC_UK We spent over two hours in your branch, over 1hr on the phone (in branch) to your business banking when we were cut off. Gone are the days when you could discuss & resolve the issues face to face. A complaint has been raised so lets see how long it takes for you to investigate.

  @HSBC_UK sort out your bloody service. I have been on the phone since 2pm and currently holding -been passed from piller to post trying to make one credit card transaction - absolute joke of a firm!!
