    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, there is an error code every time I log onto the app, API_103, no functionality works. Also can't log on to the First Direct app @firstdirecthelp ...please update when it will be fixed.

    @AnnekaWall @HSBC_UK We are in the same position - will lose my Saturday slot 😭 I guess it’s 1st world problems but a concern for those that need to pay for something very urgent but can’t
