@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK fraud team gives wrong information, keeps cards blocked, customers are calling them over and over for bad service! Card still blocked!! Pragati, wrong advice twice, has now told me to drive 3.5 hours to hsbc branch because cannot unblock over the phone!?!

@HSBC_UK inexplicably appalled at resolution times at HSBC. You made an error on my credit card account from which you debited monies instead of crediting. I, the customer noticed and raised this in October. It is now March and it is STILL not resolved.

@HSBC_UK I just experienced a three hours wait to even speak to anyone at your bank . As a ten year business customer I would like to know how much I am valued. Your service is the worse I ha e ever experienced in many many years.

@HSBC_UK Can HSBC explain why as a premier customer all my calls are being directed offshore with people that fail to clearly understand English and cannot answer a simple question because it is not on their crib sheet?? To add insult having to wait 45min for this nonsense..

@HSBC_UK you don't receive acknowledgement of complaints until a week later after calling HSBC and speaking to a wave of agents; I've spent countless hours on the phone . Can someone please get back to me and resolve the issue. To others- please don't bank woth these people
