    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

    @Jo2901TF @HSBC_UK Truly the level of intelligence of management & staff of High Street Banks is appaling. Since you are using French in your post what ******** would they do if you withdrew money from an ATM with a Debit Card on the same account. This is why machines are replacing people rapidly.

    @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting talk to someone, absolutely shocking no one picked up. Not great service, especially when you’re local branch has closed down. Bet I still got charged while being on hold! For nothing.

    Dear @HSBC_UK why do you suck so badly? You flag something as fraud eventough i have NEVER had fraudulent activity. Then you require us to call you and wait for 30+ minutes to address the fraud issue ... Learn from other banks who call their customers if there is an issue!
