    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @HSBC_UK why close so many branches in the city of london q’s awful - bishopsgate and paying in machines aren’t working - time is precious I don’t want to down the whole of my lunch hour in the bank !

    @HSBC_UK Been a HSBC account holder for 24 years…. Been hammered with thousand of pounds worth overdraft fees over the years. Yes my fault for going OD. Never once had a call to see if I needed help or to provide help….

    @HSBC_UK In my experience banks help you when you don't need it and aren't there for you when you do. Why don't you start by offering free overdrafts if you want to help people? Pay higher interest rates on savings.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC once charged me £30 for not transferring money from my current account to a joint account I held with them. They were no help and it took 6 months to get a refund. So from my direct experience I don't think HSBC know what 'help' means.

    @HSBC_UK Don't take a mortgae with HSBC, when you try and move house they don't issue your solictors with a redemption certificate!

    Shocking customer ‘service’ from @HSBC_UK today, they get worse every time I use them, claims about being friendly helpful and the worlds local bank are all a lie. It is easier to deal with my French bank in French is easier!

    @HSBC_UK I applied for a credit card 3 weeks ago, didn’t even receive an email until post arrived saying to contact - but I can’t contact you without a HSBC account, which I don’t have - tried calling and the operator put the phone down on me - absolute shambles!

    @Papillion07 @HSBC_UK More or less the same for me for years at hsbc - not even a loan approval. And look they send you a robotic reply of ‘DM us about your decades of problems for an insincere apology.’ Irony is that as a premier customer years later - they’re trying to flog me stuff.
