@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@ermitjustis @HSBC_UK @firstdirect You’re kidding! All my cards (including HSBC ones) have now changed to this new style. Does that mean I can’t pay in ANY cash? Counter service seems to be a thing of the past.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK maybe folks would use your online chat if you didnt make it so they had to already be signed in to do so. Kind of excludes huge categories of issues folks could be having. gotta be the dumbest bank going
