@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK this is a very bad bank. On hold for 55 minutes. On Wednesday. It’s always impossible to get through. Emails unanswered. Unacceptable. Very poor customer service. We will now start plans to move our banking business away from this awful Bank #HSBCFail #HSBC

@JoeCMerriman @HSBC_UK @Shelter HSBC are a joke. My daughter who turned 18 years old back in 2020 has only just been able to access her child trust fund because that crappy bank withheld her money even though she had a fixed address.

@HSBC_UK What a bunch of aresholes. To give debt advice is like giving a addict a fix. You don't understand, just promote a good ethic. HSBC has no ethics, it will screw individuals and companies alike. Problem? they utilise fraud to ensure they are right, breaking the law! Easy Easy.

@HSBC_UK Hi, thanks a lot for responding! Unfortunately, the HSBC website does not let me proceed with the application without proof of address. She now has letter confirming GP registration, but that’s not accepted. Thoughts?
