Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK When I was getting divorced about 15 years ago I was utterly skint and I debt and the bank who had happily lent me the money hand over fist told he they could not help and told me I had money ( to take from my kids savings account) so that tells you all XTRA help they gave me

@HSBC @HSBC_UK pathetic service to open UK account from India. Application was completed 5 days ago but RM is not responding to complete the formalities and get the account activated. Made multiple attempts to reach out to overseas and local branch, all in vain. Disappointed!
