Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK You laid off too many people or they left during the pandemic and you never rehired. Been terrible for the last two years.

Almost an hour on the phone tonight to then get put through to a ‘manager’ who hangs up!! @HSBC_UK your customer service is absolutely shocking! 🤬 How can you expect someone to go into their nearest branch, which is now miles away, when they’re too poorly to go out?! #Shameful

@HSBC_UK What is happening to your online banking system? The login process takes far too long and often results in timeouts. Plus I cannot see the transactions against my accounts at the moment.
