@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@AvivaUK why can't I speak to someone over the phone to find out my Policy Number for the Travel Insurance I have with you through @HSBC_UK? All I get is automated responses & then your lines either hang-up abruptly or just end with no help?! Can anyone help me with this?

@stefanrichter @HSBC_UK And they will close them. I run accounts for a school charity and they didn’t hesitate to close and say they’ve sent a cheque because of this safeguard review issue! Madness!

@HSBC_UK After losing my credit card, 1 month later you still haven’t managed to send me a replacement - when Amex did the same in 2 days ? And I’m still waiting for a call back - after I’ve made 4 calls to you. What happened to Premier service ???
