Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Brilliant. Receive dodgy text purporting to be from @HSBC_UK regarding activity on account I don't have. Report to provider & email to address found on HSBC site. Pings back as blocked/not delivered plus my email is warning the returned mail is suspicious! At least I tried 🙄

Aaaaahhh, another day, another interminable wait to speak to someone at @HSBC_UK. Apparently my call is important to them...maybe the bank could employ more people at its help centres to speed up the process?

Today is a nightmare - @HSBC_UK security systems won't let me reset via app as security key needs to be redirected from old (DEAD) mobile. Online reset needs security key which I can't access from new mobile as app won't work - talk about circle of ouroboros!

@HSBC_UK Hello. I receive emails to sign CRS form, linked to my old phone number. Can't sign it. Updated phone, but doesn't work. Live chat can't help, calls hung up by the service, or don't solve issue. Deadline end May. May I request you a hard copy to my address? Thanks!
