  Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

  @bowyerp @HSBC_UK My children have HSBC accounts but found it impossible to get online (with all the stages checks etc etc) and given up so move to @LloydsBank so maybe HSBC don't what Reading customers at all online or in branch.

  An irrelevant offer from @HSBC_UK on their website - discount at an Odeon cinema. Wouldnt even know where there is an Odeon, there are local cinemas, its a shame they dont #supportlocal for those who can afford cinema trips

  @HSBC_UK Hi so we have spoken to someone who help reset everything with us. My partner has now logged on through is same username but with new security questions and all his payees have gone !? Is that because we have had to reset passwords etc ?
