@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart Why don’t you team up with some people who can answer the phone on your business banking phone line? Maybe that might be an idea? Was kept on hold for 1hr 40 mins and then the bloke was “short” with me. As a bank you are a disgrace in terms of customer service. Businesses beware!

@HSBC_UK The Mobile app says that I cannot use it, because of multiple attempts for login with false login info.. I was easily login with my finger print. Any problems?

@HSBC_UK Intially they said fraud transaction later like they say HSBC investment charged my inactive credit card, I dont have any other account. I request somebody to help as customer care are not able to give proper answer

@HSBC_UK Making it impossible to bank with you due to your fraud department not approving verified transactions even when they say they will, then lying about it when you call them is not a way to keep your customers

@HSBC_UK having been on hold for nearly 2 hours (so far), your recording has told me my “call is important” to you approx 220 times. At some point I feel like she’s going break down and confess that it isn’t.
