@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK it is impossible to get in touch with your customer service without logging into online banking. I cannot do that because I closed my account in 2021. A refund was sent to this closed account and I want my money back

37 years a customer @HSBC_UK : "Yes, we asked an impossible-to-answer security Q that locked you out of your account for a month, despite a branch visit, and took 10 days to write you a letter: sorry, £100 max compensation, unless you can show documented material loss."

@HSBC_UK Just wanted to understand how HSBC UK works. Bcoz HSBC UK Ilford branch needs 10-14 days to process the application but HSBC UK ML branch can open the account straight away. How does the process changes from one branch to other … to be frank a worst service 🙏
