    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @HSBC_UK Android app doesn't log in. Fingerprint spins a wheel then does nothing. Online log in in Chrome is also broken with a "GSA System Error".

    Well my preferred @HSBC_UK branch has finally done it. After a pre summer warning that it would close the counter service, it's now closed. But it hasn't increased the number of self service machines to mitigate its regressive decision. *slow clap* 1/2

    I have been on hold to @HSBC_UK for 1 HOUR waiting for an agent for help with something only they can do. Can’t be handled by live chat or even IRL bank! If my call is important to you, answer it!!

    @HSBC_UK That's as maybe.but you still can't provide a decent customer service.also I take exception at a bank who gives me the wrong figure to close a loan and then asks for more money.moreover when that is paid you hold it for a day and then refund it claiming you never took it
