Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@HSBC_UK why is HSBC actively preventing anyone from investing in Crypto Currencies? I’m hearing people complaining that they are not being allowed access to their money and getting their cards blocked and their online banking suspended! Reason???

@HSBC_UK Repeatedly? As in payments to the same company that has been approved over successive days?? No fraud is detected just people wanting to make investments In Cryptocurrency! Why do you block their debit cards and online app when they have passed the security questions???

@HSBC_UK Hi, why are your customers’ cards blocked and online bank apps shut down when they try to transfer funds to a company to buy cryptocurrency? Then they have an hour being questioned by your Fraud dept before allowing the transfer to go through? 1/2
