Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

They tell you to go on live chat to get help and all live chat do is say they’re looking into it then give you a million numbers to call so they can “resolve” the issue @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK I've been trying to deal with these missing swift transactions for 2 weeks now. HSBC should not be able to provide such bad customer service. I switched from Nationwide 1 month ago, have now switched back. Its criminal that such bad customer service can be provided

@HSBC_US @HSBC_UK @HSBC You are a terrible bank. I tried, unsuccessfully, to wire money on two different occasions. They were flagged or caught in some kind of limbo, + now, after literally MONTHS, they have not gone through and the money has not been returned to my account.
