    @HSBC_UK @britishinventor We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    @HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

    @roballport @HSBC_UK Yes, but if I first wanted to check the last 3 months, 2021-08-01 to 2021-11-01, then the same period last year, when I moved the start date to 2020-08-01 it would block it. I think any kind of explaining sounds dates is hard, but this could certainly be better!

    @HSBC_UK having the most horrendous experience with your bank - i'm locked out of my banking, waited over 2 months to get telephone banking code, now can't verify my voice or account to tell them code - am I being recorded for TV? It's impossible. I just want to view my account.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Andy, I have an iPhone SE and the latest version of the app. It was working okay yesterday before I installed the latest IOS version but since then it won’t open

    Card blocked for almost 24 hours by @HSBC_UK due to suspected fraud. Have now been waiting for a call back for more than 7 hours. Fantastic customer service. 😒
