    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    @rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    @BuckleyWells @HSBC_UK Same here - shockingly bad customer services and processes! Online applications that do not even acknowledge your application. Its not that difficult to send an automated reply stating that the application has been received!

    @HSBC_UK your help docs say to use live chat, but this isn't available and can find no where to access it after logging in. Is this feature no longer supported ?

    @HSBC_UK Not best pleased. Called at 1900 and was told the dept who can help closed at 1800. Was put on hold for too long, I had to disconnect. I’m really trying to give you guys every opportunity to keep my business but you’re failing to meet basic expectations.

    @retepttocs @HSBC_UK No matter how hard you lock down cases will inevitably rise as restrictions are eased. See France (multiple strict lockdowns) for evidence of this. Boris Johnson's restrictions will achieve nothing. In 12 months we'll still be living with the virus and unemployment will be high.

    @HSBC_UK I want to open a mymoney account for my children. I am not a hsbc customer. I understand I need to provide proof of address and id for myself. I can provide proof of id for the children. Do they also need to provide proof of address if so what ???

    Not a great start to my new account with @HSBC_UK Mixed messages about setting up online/app banking. Customer services now inform me they can't help and I have to wait for it to arrive in the post 7-10 working days (currently on day 7!)
