    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    @rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    @HSBC_UK I have a limited mobile plan so can't afford to call on the 03457404404 or the other number from Australia. I've got a letter asking me to contact you about a frozen account. Is there an other option to get in touch, as I can't log into the uk site either to setup a chat

    @HSBC_US @HSBC_UK @HSBC You are a terrible bank. I tried, unsuccessfully, to wire money on two different occasions. They were flagged or caught in some kind of limbo, + now, after literally MONTHS, they have not gone through and the money has not been returned to my account.

    @HSBC_UK I have received an email regarding fees on an account I haven’t had access to since 2016. I cannot log in to see these and I don’t live in the UK

    @HSBC_UK Message sent as this is getting beyond a joke now. I’m being messed about to the point it is costing me money and causing me untold stress. Completely inadequate service at all levels. This issue has been running for over 3 weeks and not resolved

    @arrivatheshires please tell me what does a person do when their @HSBC_UK bank card touch stops working randomly and they need the bus. You should really give the option of entering pin…. It’s ti early to deal with having to walk to work to get late #nhs

    @HSBC_UK after 35 years as a customer I’m leaving HSBC. For the first 30 years it was fine. But since then, I’ve been lied to by staff, had awful service, you’ve compromised my privacy and changed from a trusted partner to something I can’t wait to be rid of. Hello Barclays.
