    @HSBC_UK @britishinventor We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    Can I just say @HSBC_UK your banking app is brilliant, for viewing statements, bills and payments it's spot on. But your online banking is utter shite! I know security needs to be tight but honestly getting launch codes from NATO would be easier than your login process! 😳

    @HSBC_UK This is so helpful… can’t find where to make a complaint… every link takes you to login and sends you round in loops. I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD FOR OVER TWO hours and and furious!

    Got my new card today, been told FOUR times by the automated line my card is activated and yet it is still not working. Any suggestions @HSBC_UK? As frankly, I think this is poor service from yourselves.

    @HSBC_UK It's all sorted now as I set up a separate savings account instead, but feel that branch staff should be better trained to help in such emotional circumstances. Talking to someone over the phone is not always what you need at that time.

    Over a minute of recorded information before I can even access my balance - mostly telling me it would be quicker to use the @HSBC_UK app. Well yes, I know that but its bloody broken isn't it.

    @HSBC what kind of service I can expect if you make mistakes in name while replying to customer. Ofcourse a bad quality service and banking. @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UAE
