    Banks like @HSBC_UK are complete ****! They hold on to your money even after it has been canceled from the end recipient and won’t give that money back to you for days and just keep them in pending compared to banks like @monzo or @RevolutApp who would return the money very quick

    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    @rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    Can I just say @HSBC_UK your banking app is brilliant, for viewing statements, bills and payments it's spot on. But your online banking is utter shite! I know security needs to be tight but honestly getting launch codes from NATO would be easier than your login process! 😳

    @HSBC_UK I don't have any other documents that are listed on the site. Can't speak a person that knows what they are doing. Everything is vague and unclear.Opening an account with hsbc uk is an exhausting and complicated process.

    The first one I registered just gave me error message HK1 whenever I tried to log in. I called and they said to wait 7 days for it to work. I waited 7 days and it still didn't work. @HSBC_UK

    .@HSBC @HSBC_UK Mortified that in ur security measures when u put a block on an account if mail is returned. u DON'T INFORM client of BLOCK? Why can't u text/email?! I'm CANCER patient with subcriptions online as don't go out due to Covid. A subscription to meds didn't go thru.

    @HSBC_UK It seems it falls outside the usual process flow so nobody knows how to deal with it. I need to be assigned a specific person with the technical ability to fix this. I'm sick of being passed around.

    @HSBC_UK I closed my Help 2 Buy ISA on May 5th. I still haven't received my closure letter or statements despite the "within 5 days" promise. I've contact support multiple times and they don't care, "just wait". This incompetence is going to cost me my first house.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.
