@HSBC_UK @britishinventor We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

@HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

@HSBC_UK still waiting on call to customer services, now over an hour. I sent large sum of money this morning to my new bonus savings account and it's still not showing in the account on my mobile app after 4hrs. Not great!!

@HSBC_UK All dealt with after a 1hr 15 minute wait. Thank goodness the person on the side of the phone was able to resolve my issue within a couple of mins. Maybe you could use this time to explain to me and any other hsbc customer what’s the issue. Embarrassing is an understatement
