    @HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

    @rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

    @HSBC_UK Dad has had to pass care of mum to me while he goes into the bank to sort this. It seems we can sort this problem out through them. However, it would be great if HSBC could review their policies on opening accounts for disabled, housebound and carers. Thank you.
