@HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

@rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

@HSBC_UK On online banking I keep getting a message GSA error. I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

@nippa77 @HSBC_UK Same, I can’t access my mobile banking or online banking. I don’t have Sky broadband so that isn’t the issue for me. A physical secure key wouldn’t help me as I can’t even access the log on pages, I just get an error message on both

@HSBC_UK hi HSBC, what's going on with your online banking? App just gives an error and won't let me log on, website goes through to a "GSA Error" after I type my user ID, it won't pass through to the security question/app code entry screen.
