The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

If you can’t provide decent phone connections to your teams, they should not be working in the cLl centre. 45 min wait to be hung up on is unacceptable!

I tried to log in to OB without it but I must have been using the wrong password and now I am logged out of all OB! Please help!

Saying my call is important to us is clearly incorrect

It asks me to again generate a code on my DSK, but when I try to log in to the DSK on my old device it says I've started the transfer process for my DSK on a new device & must now use the new device!
