@HSBC_UK @britishinventor We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

Can I just say @HSBC_UK your banking app is brilliant, for viewing statements, bills and payments it's spot on. But your online banking is utter shite! I know security needs to be tight but honestly getting launch codes from NATO would be easier than your login process! 😳

@HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

At least, @HSBC_UK team promptly looked into the case and completed the direct debit indemnification claim immediately after speaking to them. @virginmedia could learn a lot about appropriate customer service from @HSBC_UK.

@HSBC_UK Today is 39th day post submission of my application and I am waiting for my account to be opened. Cust care doing fake promises everytime I called them that I would receive my welcome kit. Nothing happened yet. Raised complaint but that too didn't help. Pls pls pls help.

@HSBC_UK SHOCKING, discriminatory response from CS ...i need to make and accompany my dad to a f2f appt at his branch. c services says we cant book. already a victim of fraud, no access 2 phone banking, not computer literate. How is this an inclusive service? HELP

Just calculated all the service charges for having a Basic Bank account with @scotiabank. 162 CAD for the last 2.5 years. Basically I've paid them for their business and gotten nothing other than **** service and issues with my Amex. @HSBC_UK charged me 0 and earned me interest.

@HSBC_UK My son is an International Student in Cardiff and has applied for an account with your Bank online. It is little over 2 weeks and we have no status. We tried to find our through local branch , chat service as well as customer relation team, Can’t wait, What should we do
