    @HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

    @Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK I had the same experience, over 2 wks no access, given incorrect information & poor service, I was so stressed! Then they closed our local branch & have no cashiers in the branch close to where I live, so to get cash I have to travel 10 miles to a branch that closes at 3.30pm!

    @Kathy_CEO_CE @simonjduffy @HSBC_UK Yes! I had exactly this a year ago, was locked out for weeks. Terrible service. After a number of unbelievably frustrating issues & hours on hold, we managed to raise the right kind of complaint, got an allocated contact person and finally got a breakthrough. Keep complaining!

    @HSBC_UK by far worst customer service I’ve received. Meena Jogia from the Leicester branch has ignored my emails and won’t give me an update about my application 🤡

    @Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK Sorry you are having this experience, I know @JohnGlenUK has been raising the issues of charity bank accounts with major banks to see some improvements, if you email him he might be able to help somehow.

    @HSBC_UK Unfortunately the credit card payment feature is still not working, it's on the Android version of the app.

    @HSBC_UK Why can’t someone just call me? You’ve got my mobile number & I’ve got all our security info written down infront of me as there’s that much I can’t remember it all. How (un)secure is that?
