@HSBC_UK is your mobile app down? Its turned off my security settings and now wont allow me to log in. Done the usual stuff but im concerned that it turned off my biometrics and wouldnt allow me to turn back on before it stopped loading

@HSBC_UK I've closed my account already. @monzo's customer service is better & more responsive (I waited weeks for help from HSBC) & their app is easier to use - the security features are sensible rather than unusable & Kafkaesque, so I've moved everything I had with HSBC over to them.

@HSBC_UK Another angry customer here. Been locked out of all online banking, and because I've had too many 'failed attempts' at security questions, I can't do anything. Just stuck in an endless cycle of 'go to our website' followed by 'do this in the app'. I can't reset ANYTHING!

@sazcass @HSBC_UK Have had this issue in the past, usually someone unfamiliar with text relay. Have always asked for their manager, bring up equality act and right to equal access. A 5 mins call ends up taking 30+ mins so I bring up phone charges and get compensation. Hassle we can do without!

@sazcass @HSBC_UK Not right. PayPal did that to me. I sued them. But suing is a lot of work. I'd probably complain and insist my issue was dealt with as a priority and they train their staff.
