@LGSTFU22 @HyperopticCS Point proven then I don't know how they get it to each property but clearly a wider issue despite them denying it. DO YOU UNDERSTAND @Hyperoptic ? Where's the Glasgow engineer? Get them to my block to prove I'm right!

  • Batteryhq Andrew Lanxon (@Batteryhq) reported

Called @Hyperoptic to upgrade plan. Call answered immediately. Was on the phone for all of two minutes and left happy with a good deal. This is how all customer service should be.

Since I'm on hold with @Hyperoptic (5th in the queue for 10 minutes now) trying to get my Internet turned back on, let's sum up how this is only the last instance of terrible service around my recent move. (It's not like I can do any work.)

  • CatriRose Rosie (@CatriRose) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic As said, you didn’t help me when I needed it, and your service is not available where I live. I’m just warning others to avoid Hyperoptic

  • muaythaidevil Simon 💙 (@muaythaidevil) reported

If you thought BT or Virgin had bad customer service, well they have nothing on @Hyperoptic who failed to attend to install new broadband. No contact whatsoever, it took nearly 6hrs to speak to someone who then couldnt tell me what happened & all support tickets not answered.
