@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 11 days. No internet. No updates. Nobody cares. Worst service from an ISP I’ve experienced. It feels as though you’re hoping I cancel the service to avoid trying to fix it (whatever it is?!) and avoid paying compensation.

@HyperopticCS the network has been down since Wednesday noon time, your staff said will try to get it fixed by end of yesterday and nothing have happened. I wonder will @Hyperoptic allows their office running without network for 3 working days?
