@afrocsgo @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Only getting 28.85mbps upload. Why am I paying for this as promised a better service

@DinzedFPS That sucks. May as well register interest. Other than Hyperoptic everyone else is pretty on par with each other. I’m with Sky now, had BT in the past, not great tbh.

@HyperopticCS Service is down during an important conference call "due to a third party outtage" . No update from hyperoptic, and not picking up the phone for the last 30 minutes straight. Would be great to get some kind of feedback or an estimate at least

@systemantix @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Good phone support underrated. I don’t understand why it gets cheaped out on so much

A year of remote working and I'm experiencing my first notable broadband outage. We had a good run @Hyperoptic 📶

Anyone got recommendations on internet providers? So far the take away is Virgin can be okay depending on your area. Lots of support for EE. And people saying anything less than hyperoptic is unacceptable. I assume this is for those that run multiple private Runescape servers?

@BobKindred @TinpotJ That's not how they put broadband (optic fibre) in. They would be micro-trenching that, which doesn't break paving (might cut through sections though obviously). Just ask CityFibre, HyperOptic or others. What you see here is car damage.

Stamford Hill Estate

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@IamLinguistics I had so many issues with Sky internet. Was quick but would drop out intermittently quite often...a nightmare for cod. If supplied for your new address try Hyperoptic, 150 up/down for £29 p/m
