What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful

I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

Just Me (@JustMe31972856) reported@Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.
