Hi @Hyperoptic, my household received the first installation on August 1st and still have no WiFi Your engineering team told us that there is a problem with the wiring but no word on when it will be fixed We work from home and need WiFi immediately. When will this be fixed?

  • JezBax Jeremy Baxter (@JezBax) reported

@Hyperoptic are you having connection issues in the Bournemouth area? Have had issues connection for the past few hours. Please can you give me an update thx

  • Ronan_Barton Ronan Barton (@Ronan_Barton) reported

@bt_uk Not sure the best time to try and sell additional products Is when there has been issues with what should be a simple change of address…. Still no closer to fixing the problem. Anyone used @Hyperoptic are they any good?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I have DM’d - & look forward to a positive response: after all, an 11 day wait for an engineer, when several customers are affected with complete outage - can not ever be deemed good customer service!

  • ingotism69 LG (@ingotism69) reported

    8. #Hyperoptic A lot of customers are complaining about this site (as advised by Customer Services)

  • adhamaloka adham (@adhamaloka) reported

@VirginMediaCorp it took Virgin Media leas than 24 hours to disappoint me with the mediocre customer services. I have cancelled my order after less than 24 hours of placing it. Reason: unable to change date/address of delivery. @Hyperoptic did it for me 2 years ago hassle-free.

  • CazzyRNF Baroness Sir Carolyn Not-of-Siberia 💙💙 #ProEU (@CazzyRNF) reported

@Hyperoptic disgusting service response from you: our entire building is without internet, you need to send an engineer - earliest is 22 AUGUST? Totally unacceptable…

  • Jacquel60977861 Jacqueline Ho (@Jacquel60977861) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic For everyone's benefit, I begged every person I spoke to on the phone to express my frustration and to speak to a customer relations person. I eventually gave up and cancelled the contract. What is the point in you reaching out now

  • dmoutela Daniel Moutela (@dmoutela) reported

Home installation was 2 months ago. Never had service. Yesterday 5 engineers at my place. Can't connect because they need IT to sort something out. WTF, @Hyperoptic ?

  • VikeshKPatel Vikesh patel (@VikeshKPatel) reported

@HyperopticCS no internet since Wednesday and no indication of it being resolved. Hyperoptic cannot resolve the issue and will only compensate from day three onwards. How does that work? How about chalking off the contract entirely and allowing me to move to a reliable provider.
