@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

@virginmedia 2 months waiting for Virgin to sort themselves out and get my internet installed. Finally gave up and cancelled today. Signed up for @Hyperoptic and within FIFTEEN MINUTES I have working internet. From the worst service I’ve ever received to possibly the best.

@hyperoptic 3rd failure to connect, 2nd time you actually have customer service lying to me its for external survey LIES so why GIVE ME A DATE AND TIME? LYING, DECEITFUL TIME WASTERS for 8 weeks WHY @IslingtonBC do you want to be involved in this messy company! JUST WHY!
