    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

    @Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.
