@Hyperoptic We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend now

  • truthtellerGB CustomerServiceTruth (@truthtellerGB) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Not really good enough, can’t you request blue tick for your support page too? Not clear enough for newbies which are the targets of scam.

@RCBrownPO @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Unfortunately, Hyperoptic is 100x worse. BT is the best of a bad bunch.

@Hyperoptic I’m waiting for your service like for a Christmas. But still nothing. I have to use useless TalkTalk with 20mbit broadband. Make my neighbourhood happy and connect us to hyperoptic

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic (Assuming you can get their service. Their customer service is second-to-none, too.)

  • pezza_91 Perry Kennedy (@pezza_91) reported

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic if available is amazing for speed, reliability and customer service. Sadly if not only virgin will have speed but they’re so bad if anything goes wrong. Possibly community fibre but they’re quite small

I am contacting you as a last resort. Moved into a new build, told your company, Hyperoptic would be able to have my broadband up and running in minutes…. That was on February 25th. It didn’t work, there was a problem. I still am waiting- HELP!!!

  • WMBigLocal WM Big Local (@WMBigLocal) reported

Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.
