    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    How has @Hyperoptic told me I'm second in the queue for them only to keep me on hold for 20 mins. First day of service and theres no internet lol.... looks like ill be finding another provider

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!
