    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.

    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.
