    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!

    @jdnoscrubz @ryantegan @skytv Matter of fact is I’ve been with Sky 11 yrs never once rang me or my landlord to offer to install better wifi beyond what I had for the crazy price they offer. I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @Hyperoptic still no internet and no communication from you as to when (or if) I will. You market yourselves as great customer service - which, so far, has not been my reality 😡😡

    Been on hold for hours. No support no help @Hyperoptic. Not good enough, please someone get back to me right away been without internet for 24 hours

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant
