    @Hyperoptic Disgusting service from Hyperoptic. Had it installed yesterday and zero internet. Loss of service light flashing red. Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

    @KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.

    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks
