Heard good things about @Hyperoptic but having bad time with them so far. Waited over a month for an installation and nobody turned up to do the works, despite assurances on the phone last week that it was all scheduled. @HyperopticCS Went silent after confirming account details.

I’ve had @Hyperoptic for 3 years now and I don’t think it’s ever gone down or had any sort of problem in that whole time. We need more competition & small full fibre providers.

Hi @Hyperoptic usually you are fantastic at customer service; but I've been on hold for 52 minutes now and it was telling me where I was in the queue, but that seems to have stopped. Am I going to get through some time soon or am I just in limbo now? @HyperopticCS

@Hyperoptic What is the point of this tweet? You are not expanding and you never come back to people subscribing. We will get to Mars before you reached decent coverage.

@ProdByWalkz @virginmedia Just go online and register your interest in hyperoptic and hopefully they install it in your area. I was screaming at virgin media everyday back in 2017 now my speeds stay at 930 up/down all the time. Hyperoptic or com fibre are the only reliable ones

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tbf initial delays were Council-related but today was booked over a month ago and customer services assured me it had the green light. A day of having moved plans to stay in wasted and means more time tethering to 3g at home.
