    @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a “maintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😡😡😡😡

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    Received the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.

    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.
