  @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying

  BT openreach van outside my flat earlier, and now suddenly there's no WiFi on my network #hyperoptic ... if openreach broke something I want compensation. I'm working from home! Not ok! @Hyperoptic

  @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

  @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.

  @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
