    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @Hyperoptic I've pay for 1GB internet but the speed is around 2MB! There's no customer support on technical issues. Many people with similar issues. Almost feels like a scam!

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldn’t make it up.

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf
