    @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤

    Naively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.
