    @AussieBromo I pay Ā£35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me Ā£600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. Iā€™m only 22 btw.

    @Hyperoptic Our business in London has been effectively offline for a week due to an unresolved fault on our business line. Around 12 staff have been impacted and client delivery has been disrupted, yet there is still no stable resolution. (1/4) #UKBusiness #Broadband

    @c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again

    @MrRoflWaffles its crazy how i would put them as one of the best, had it for 4 years and never had more than about an hour of down time :( Sorry its been so terrible for you man! @Hyperoptic sort it out

    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5ā€“7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic
