    @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage
