    @Hyperoptic 30–45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlessly—even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive

    @Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesn’t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, it’s BAD!

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @virginmedia I had raised request via your agent to switch effective 2-March from HyperOptic to VirginMedia UK. I had asked him to cancel on 6th Feb but not received any confirmation till now.
