@Hyperoptic it’s been over 24hours and still not fixed! I’m seriously considering already leaving your company due to this poor customer service. You stated someone has come but not gained access?! There was onsite builder and site management. I work from home 😤

  • iam_MaryMiller Mary Miller (@iam_MaryMiller) reported

I’ve now cancelled my order as a customer - the service is an absolute joke. Your call centre in Serbia have not a clue what is going on. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have received only 1 part of my order. The service is absolutely disgusting! @Hyperoptic

@HyperopticCS Your Customer Satisfaction Team are anything but satisfying. They aren’t reply to emails, which is the overall concern, additionally you had the 10 business days requested and are yet to report back. You miss the point, @Hyperoptic give #poorcustomerservice and #poorcustomerxp

@aferoz007 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Sorry to hear that Asad specially in this day and age where we have to work from home I would not want to have internet service provider like this. I hope it will be sorted out soon for you.

@Hyperoptic - No service since 1705 in SE17. Can you confirm you are aware of the outage and that you're working to resolve it?

  • aferoz007 Asad Feroz (@aferoz007) reported

another lame excuse @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS that this type of fault needs special training Engineer and it will be fixed by 17th Oct. I reported the incident on 27th and it will be fixed by 17th October the most pathetic and unprofessional services ever. I’ll get new connection

@Hyperoptic Why ask thatbi sent a private message if you had no intention of helping.Yours is the only company that provides ZERO help for when broadband goes down.I can no longer work from home as my mobile allowance is finished. Yours is truly a shockingly bad company.

  • DrEllisCrawford Ellis Crawford (@DrEllisCrawford) reported

I'm off to Cambridge for work but our bathroom is still without water. @Hyperoptic and their contractor, Pioneer, seem more interested in arguing over whose fault it is, and that I refer to that correctly, rather than fixing the issue. Having to arrange all call outs myself.

I miss @Hyperoptic so bad they never would’ve treated me like this 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 best internet provider in the Uk

  • BusSafetyRep Moe (@BusSafetyRep) reported

Now they were happy for me to go find another provider and send me an email that I can discuss my complaint. To rejoin the HyperOptic Internet now I would lose on the offer of 27.99 and pay £30.00 p/m and they will activate it. They are happy for me to rejoin. 3/4
