    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic I've pay for 1GB internet but the speed is around 2MB! There's no customer support on technical issues. Many people with similar issues. Almost feels like a scam!

    Logged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

    @Hyperoptic How will users contact you when your Internet isn't working. Services went down yesterday, and nothing advised by you again. Hopeless company and you don't care

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @Hyperoptic Any news on the internet outage at Brighton Marina… You said an engineer is on his way and will be in the area at 10:30am to fix it, it’s now 2pm and nothing, I haven’t seen a single engineer anywhere!
