    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic I guess they’ll claim this is the 0.1%, but in 14 yrs of using TalkTalk copper wire broadband I never had an outage this long.

    @virginmedia broadband down again, third time in a month 🥵 Speeds are up but reliability down on this premium service, both apparently coincident with the arrival of a new router. Out of contract, considering #Hyperoptic now.

    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.
