    @adambutler65 Yeah, I'm sure any fibre network is likely to be decent. It's only HyperOptic in this area right now. I had community fibre before and they were excellent.

    @JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money.     @RageDarling I've had surprisingly good customer service experiences with Plusnet. And (shock horror) TalkTalk! If I had gigabit Internet available to my building (it's in my street, just not available for my building 😤) then I would probably go for @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Outage in my area. No ETA provided by support. Considering gdpr, do not collect date of birth for support chats. This is very personal info and shouldn't be collected for support chat / tickets Happy to speak with you if you need more info

    @Hyperoptic is the worst service I have ever received. I was told my first bill when I changed would be £35 but was charged £58, I was told to just cancel the direct debit and phone up and manually pay £35, but the direct debit was taken out of my account-

    @Hyperoptic quick idea: help your customers to renew with the same price, jumping 20£ a month and sending an email saying you can cancel and open a new account, I DONT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT, just leave it at the price I pay for the past 6 years. this renewal experience needs REDO.
