@GNetworkComms @JGnetworkCEO Appalling service. 3 months on and still waiting for my correct contract (received 2 incorrect ones with higher rates than agreed). Still asking them every week since. INCOMPETENT. If you can, take @Hyperoptic instead

Now on day 16 of no internet service whatsoever from @Hyperoptic & still haven’t got to the bottom of why my previous two tweets on this subject disappeared for @Twitter. Perhaps @HyperopticCEO may like to comment. #unhappycustomer

@HyperopticCS There we go again! A service outage affecting the SW6 area. Can Hyperoptic please explain why there’s a service outage this time? When can residents from the area also expect to get the connection back up and running?

@Hyperoptic outage here since 5:30am today, no further updates: I’m using mobile data, but even so, I can’t even log onto my account to check. Can you offer any updates please? Altrincham area.

Hello @Hyperoptic our WiFi is still not working. I'm in Farnham GU9. Please can you update what's the current status. Thanks

  • _LewisReid_ Lewis... (@_LewisReid_) reported

@axel__tv @RealTigz @Hyperoptic I can second that. I pay for 500mbps up and down and I get the full 500. And that’s for only £28 a month. Great customer service and faultless performance! I’m in Hampshire though with fttp so you would have to check your area

@Hyperoptic hey I’ve been having issues with talk talk setting me up and am getting no where. I’ve already got a router and all the fibre stuff in my house. How soon could I go live if I purchase a fibre 500 package? 👀
