    @Hyperoptic for those implying it's pretty obvious that there was a big issue. not it isn't. - automated voice didn't tell me, rather asked a million questions - network status on website says no issues. a long queue doesn't tell me anything.

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic That’s because Virgin have an actual team behind them. Hyperoptic service center is probably run out of some clown’s basement.

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?
