    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Simon_Coates @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Pay £20 a month for Hyperoptic and I get 1gb up and down.

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!
