    @Hyperoptic Disappointing service from Hyperoptic. Switched from Virgin having been told I’d be credited my £200 early termination fee once evidence of charges provided. 7 months on- multiple times raising this- still nothing done to apply credit. Case is being ‘investigated’. Sort this out!

    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay £136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!

    @Hyperoptic Disgusting service from Hyperoptic. Had it installed yesterday and zero internet. Loss of service light flashing red. Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

    What’s going on with @Hyperoptic? We had maintenance that finished, the service didn’t resume, and now the status update is dead?

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
