@Hyperoptic when are you going to fix the internet in Hardwicks Square SW18? It’s been down for 2 days now. I’m absolutely baffled as to what you’ve been doing

  • lijendary lijē (@lijendary) reported

You are so much better off paying the extra to go to someone trusted like BT for internet because at the end of the day hyperoptic is going to provide terrible broadband anyways and Ron you blind

  • AndrejsFjodoro2 Andrejs Fjodorovs (@AndrejsFjodoro2) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Okay, you might have some grace period of 30 days, when you first sign the contract, to be able to cancel it, then you’re on your own. @hyperoptic Please correct me if I’m wrong. Happy to chat about it! Not renewing this year, nor ever.

  • erossiniuk Henry (@erossiniuk) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Hyperoptic you promise an activation in 15 minutes. There are 5 days I’m waiting for it without any explanation. If this is the beginning, what could it happen when I am a customer? #badfeeling

  • AndrejsFjodoro2 Andrejs Fjodorovs (@AndrejsFjodoro2) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS See the problem with these contracts is if you sign for £35/m for 24m, and after a couple of days you loose connection for 2 weeks and is unable to WFH - you are trapped. You can’t just switch to another provider, first you have to pay £420 in this inst.
