    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    Urrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

    @Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP
