    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @Hyperoptic 5 days since my router was delivered and still no internet access. Called tech support team 4 times and been assured it will be fixed and still nothing. Been on hold for over an hour this morning - sort it out

    @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
