@Hyperoptic . Worst experience with hyperootic. Have asked for installation of hyperoptic connection on 30th September. They said hyperoptic is available in my building. I was given a date of installation of 11 Oct(almost 2weeks away).

@HANCXCK @virginmedia Dogshit company, £62a month for their "best service" and it perma cuts off without actually getting the speeds I pay for. Can't wait for hyperoptic to become available in my area.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS installed stage 1 @ property, promising stage 2 in days - then you suspend stage 2 and will not have dialogue with us re completion. We now have no internet. Fraudulent and irresponsible action. Terrible cus service. Can someone in ur Org pls fix this?

now its down to 20mbps... seems too be @Hyperoptic wide issue. if i use my mobile data on speedtest app. get over 200mbs on every server, but testing to hyperoptic is SAME poor speed as my ethernet and wifi connection. but status is showing green!

@Hyperoptic Thanks for the 6 text messages, emails and phone call yesterday from the engineer to ensure someone would be in and everything would be ready for them to come and install our broadband…but then never turn up or call us to let us know. Now we have to wait 10 more days

@BenLinley4 @erichoko96 No, Amazon live is '****' and barely works on certain platforms and devices. Keep shilling. 1Gb Hyperoptic internet, wired, Apple 4K TV box - yet quality for the live football (only) was horrendous. Switched over to my Amazon firecube instead and it was fine. Case in point.

@Hyperoptic engineering works between 9 and 11. Basically, I don’t have internet and I can’t work. After a rocky start, this is another bad situation. Why don’t you do this jobs during the night?

@lionheartx10 was gonna ask about you updating things but I see it's across machines - this MAY be a node error which is out of everyone's hands until they fix it. Hyperoptic SHOULD be able to help traceroute.

@lomadia I’m with Hyperoptic. 1000 down and up only had this issue start in the past 2 weeks. Previously had 3/4 months of perfect streams
