    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic I guess they’ll claim this is the 0.1%, but in 14 yrs of using TalkTalk copper wire broadband I never had an outage this long.

    @GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.

    @AbPMet Hyperoptic have told us this wouldn't be related. Please contact their support (or DM us your details (name, e-mail address you use with Hyperoptic, postcode and flat number) and we'll ask them to look at it).

    If you are ever considering @Hyperoptic as your ISP, reconsider immediately. I signed up a month ago, my line drops 3-4 times a week and I have collectively spent 5-10 hours trying to connect and troubleshoot with their support team. Status today: no internet again.
