    @Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.

    @Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.
