    @HyperopticCS @IAmAGiantMonkey He never told us there was any issues. Turns out I caught him driving back later on he didnโ€™t knock on I chased him down to be told heโ€™ll need to come back the next day. Maybe? I have no time slot and this is nothing official from Hyperoptic. Who am I letting in my house?!?!

    @MartinDDean @ajvgriff1987 Basically constant signal dropping which appears to be unrelated to my router. I had mixed experiences with Hyperoptic, though better than at the moment (TalkTalk). That said, I've moved into a house so HO is no longer an option.

    After being in chat with you for an hour and 45 mins, I did everything you asked including the speed test on your site to prove the connection is beyond shocking you then ghost me. I'm still within a month I'd like to cancel. @Hyperoptic

    @HyperopticCS @IAmAGiantMonkey Weโ€™ve used our work holidays waiting around for Hyperoptic for there to be no resolution. Iโ€™m not letting this slip. Iโ€™ll be writing a very thorough complaint to you guys because this whole process has been a COMPLETE **** show. Are you guys running your company from a shed?!?!

    Sick to the teeth of your broadband @virginmedia once again my connection has gone down resulting in being unable to access my goods portal. Goods are now gone, meaning I've lost out on money through resale. The min @Hyperoptic service this area & your monopoly is up, I'm gone!

    So my landlord has sold my apartment and I have to move out... I just signed a new agreement with @Hyperoptic last month and now they want ยฃ500 to cancel it. May as well have gone to a casino and put it on red, what an absolute disgrace.

    @Hyperoptic Genuinely unimpressed. Had a few issues with Sky and BT before but at times it genuinely feels like you want us to have to fight to be able to use you as our ISP. What kind of company finds an issue when installing something and rather than say anything, just leaves?
