    @Hyperoptic there is no Internet connectivity for more than 24hrs now! The response from the customer care is pointless! First person said few hours, second person said 20 minutes, third person said 7 minutes, forth person didn’t give any definite time, fifth person just hang up!

    @TheMexicanMoose @Hyperoptic Basically to do with the wholesale network provider, people like BT/OR have the capacity to do symmetric, but they're afraid of ruining their Leased Line business/income. DM me on Discord and I can take a look at options for you - work for an ISP on the side :)

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!
