RR (@Conquistadur) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience ๐คง๐ ๐ค

Switched from Virgin having been told Iโd be credited my ยฃ200 early termination fee once evidence of charges provided. 7 months on- multiple times raising this- still nothing done to apply credit. Case is being โinvestigatedโ. Sort this out!
