    Normally very good but @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have been absolutely woeful for last 24 hours. No outreach to customers despite knowing their service is down for hundreds of people.

    @Hyperoptic Hi, I am unable to connect hyperoptic wifi to new LG smart TV. I've got the TV changed twice but this issue is with broadband as TV is able to connect to mobile hotspot and BT/sky wifi connections but not hyperoptic. Plz help or terminate my contract.

    @Hyperoptic complete scam. No internet even though you get charged no costumer support even if I stay on phone for hours. No live chat. No contact at all.

    @Dafydd_62 So it's basically Sky broadband, I'm with hyperoptic , when my building was refurbed they built it in, only one major problem in 5 years and sorted within a couple of days!

    Any news on my installation @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS or are you going to leave me yet another day without any service?! This has been going on since TUESDAY morning. Never, ever known a Company like it!!!! 🤬

    @HyperopticCS service statis is showing up as green, however red light by “internet” (across all Hyperoptic customers at the development). Also: poor QOS and intermittent drops over the last couple of weeks… Thanks in advance!
