  @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time 🫠 pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

  @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

  @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
