    @Hyperoptic It doesn't matter when you live in houses. Does it hyperoptic.Because you don't like installing your service unless it's a block,because you earn more money.

    @HyperopticCS Day 5: Called in again & was told they will look into this again *soon*. And when asked to qualify 'soon', CS guy said in 1 - 2 days. This from "pls wait 15 min to activate" It'll be 1 week of no internet service by then. What a joke. @Hyperoptic #internetdown

    I am contacting you as a last resort. Moved into a new build, told your company, Hyperoptic would be able to have my broadband up and running in minutes…. That was on February 25th. It didn’t work, there was a problem. I still am waiting- HELP!!!

    @Hyperoptic Instead of virtue signalling how about you fix the internet connection that hasn't worked for five days now, this is day six. Support on the website is useless with no updates.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic To others: you’d be trading off service reliability for Hyperoptic’s marketing promise of “fast speed & low price”. Think again before signing up.

    @ShellEnergyHome According to information from Ofcom Shell Energy have Not signed up to pay Compensation for Poor and Loss of Service. But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen EXPLAIN WHY Shell ENERGY have NOT
