    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or Iโ€™ll go on a campaign

    @Hyperoptic Sorry, just spoke to Davis and he was useless. Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care. Currently looking for a new supplier

    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.

    @TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down Iโ€™ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. Iโ€™ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

    @MRKCT_ @Hyperoptic Been having my speeds drop as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks now. Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.
