@CommunityFibre This is fake reward, I've referred a friend and promised her £100amazon voucher but nothing happened despite caring customer service twice! She should have gone to hyperoptic, at least they have a word when they promise a reward.

@lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

@julieballantyne @OpenreachHelp Yep. Guys were there this week. 3 OpenReach vans. It’s a total farce. 10 years chasing and promise after promise broken and the Scottish Government R100 program doesn’t help either. I don’t think HyperOptic did us any favours when they did the flats.
