If anyone buying a new home is thinking of using @Hyperoptic as they promise to connect you instantly please don’t believe them. Three days and still no clue when we will get this sorted. Tv engineers cancelled and unable to work from home and no help from them. Avoid!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO No disrespect but you are a media person. If your support team wanted to, they have our contact details and could easily make contact. Even Nina in the complaints team doesn't communicate what is happening. All we hear is "hopefully soon". Pathetic really.

@JimboFromYT @SwagYoloBrehYT Increasing bitrate will just put more traffic on the network that's why it jumps to 100ms. My old provider (hyperoptic) let me have 2 diff wi-fi connections on my router, 1 for 2.4ghz and other for 5ghz (diff benefits to each one), it'd separate what your devices are connected to

@Hyperoptic From 2:30pm today I’ve had no internet and it’s now gone 11pm, can’t get through to you on the phone and getting no response to my emails. Any idea when my service will be back up? In west London 🤨

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO Today is the 11th July. Still no service, still no explanation as to why no service. All we hear is "hopefully". Perhaps I should speak to OffCom and ask them to find out what the issue is.

Ugh been waiting to speak to someone on the phone @Hyperoptic for over 30min. Your call centre system is terrible! Tell me how long the wait is, or how many ppl there are in front of me in the queue - and get some better hold music!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK …we got connected to hyperoptic at a faster speed, for less, had a service person come out and fix an issue we didn’t even know we had at no cost. I told them very indignantly I refused to pay the breach of contract fee. They haven’t followed it up, and we haven’t been…
