Hyperoptic Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jordanjoecooper Jordan Joe Cooper (@jordanjoecooper) reported

@anothercohen @BrixlyTeam & @Hyperoptic Hands down. Whenever I had an issue with either I had a quick, to the point response and that trend continues until the issue was resolved.

  • asadakhan85 Asad Khan (@asadakhan85) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic My internet has been down for two weeks and you made us wait 7 days to send an engineer last Friday. Turns out Hyperoptic have lost the key to their own cabinet and are still trying to find it.

  • Al_Crypone Al Crypone (@Al_Crypone) reported

@HyperopticCS @hyperoptic No internet connection since a technician “serviced” our building. No one answers the phone, nothing useful from DMing on social media. Support chat can only send over a router to help check the problem in 3 days. Useless

  • SOCYearwood Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

  • helmutpflueger Helmut Pflueger (@helmutpflueger) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Hyperoptic is your support team answering questions? This is the 3rd time I contacted the support team with a question, got a ticket number and no answer. Seriously?

  • AvbCole ade 💜💛 #BLM (@AvbCole) reported

@TalkTalk any chance I can use the internet I'm paying for? Hasn't been a month and I've had to complain 3 times. Can't log into my account... Can't change my password... Can’t get through to someone on the phone.... Shambolic service. @Hyperoptic come to PURFLEET already!😡

  • AT1074 AJ (@AT1074) reported

@Hyperoptic the internet is down in Poplar / London; is this a known issue?

  • danschm_ Good, Now Burn That Damn Tree (@danschm_) reported

@AT1074 @Hyperoptic Are you in Elektron/Switch House? I’m having the same issue.

  • C_R_H_M CR (@C_R_H_M) reported

Always always call your service providers at least once a year. There are always deals. I’ve doubled my internet speed from what I had before.. for cheaper then I was paying for half the speed that I’m now getting. 1gbps upload and download parity now. @Hyperoptic 🙏🏾

@Mug4Times LMAO no. It varies by area and for my Virgin have been good for about 3 years until like. these 2 weeks. and they're known to have the worst customer service out of any ISP. Rn i wanna move to hyperoptic but they're just working on giving it out to my area but in small numbers
