    @rayaleksandr @Hyperoptic Planned outage you were warned about? If not, do contact them, Ray. My service somehow managed to turn itself off recently. I phoned them and they restored it in minutes.

    @Hyperoptic been waiting on your phone line for 1 hour I've had no internet since 7am. I'm aware there is a outage but could you let customers know how long it maybe. Your phone lines are also chocker
