    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍
