    @HyperopticCS In SW6 there’s also no internet since this morning. I’ve been trying to connect with the Customer Support team via the chat. However, your website automatically shuts down the chat message after waiting for more than 30mins in the queue. Overall, frustrating! @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Seeing as my broadband is down in West London, tried calling - 20mins on hold, then had to email you via my phone, would say to people, think carefully.
