  @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

  @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

  @Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.

  Waited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

  @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?
