    @ozzyxaxa @Hyperoptic you able to contact them to see if they can fix it ? might be just a clear line issue or could be a fault in the area maybe ? but iv never heard of that company so i dont know how they maintain their lines etc.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hopefully it’s quicker than when one of your engineers unplugged my connection and it took a month to get someone to admit that might be the issue and send an engineer.

    I spent 8 hours today having to completely restructure my home network and all my smart home automations because @Hyperoptic’s servers went haywire with iOS updates 🤪

    @HyperopticCS Hi, I’ve the same issue here. 3 different devices, when I’m signed into my personal VPN, Apple Music works. Or tethering through 5G it works. Not through Hyperoptic. Hope you can resolve soon. Thanks

    Moment of bafflement today. @Hyperoptic why on earth would you declare an issue closed when we send you nearly daily emails asking you to resolve said issue??

    @a_louisem @Hyperoptic I’ve had no Hyperoptic internet since 11am … at Brentford Dock … working from home with no mobile signal either (rely on wifi calling!). Help.
