@_TheLast0ne Hyperoptic are great, kept their prices constant despite everything else rising, always been 100% service level for me. No complaints

@virginmedia 2 months waiting for Virgin to sort themselves out and get my internet installed. Finally gave up and cancelled today. Signed up for @Hyperoptic and within FIFTEEN MINUTES I have working internet. From the worst service I’ve ever received to possibly the best.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Why is London SE1's net in loss all the time? It's been happening since yesterday until this morning! The network Loss is very unstable, please reply to me as soon as possible.

No advance notice of scheduled maintenance. Sometimes they sent text messages for unexpected outages but typically…

@Hyperoptic our internet has been down in SE1 since Friday. That’s 3 times in the last couple years where internet is not fixed for several days. I’ve now spent over £50 on 4G since Sunday and you’ve offered us £8 discount - I don’t want your money anyway, I want your internet!!

@DJKSaunders @Hyperoptic That's nice. I'm currently getting 950 down but only 52 up with virgin media. Do they offer packages with higher upload ?
