@HyperopticCS @hyperoptic the network has been down for 27 hours since yesterday afternoon. What happened to your service? no reply from email, no answer in phone. The so called “planned engineering work” was also 2 hours ago. When can you fix the issue ?

  • RamGam90 RG90 (@RamGam90) reported

@HyperopticCS @Ofcom we've been more 24 hrs without internet connection, @Hyperoptic shut down their live support centers and they announced 4 hrs that an engineer was on site... No sight of the engineer and no ETA/updates. We need compensation and this to be investigated!

  • dennisrunz Dennis Runz (@dennisrunz) reported

Hurry up @Hyperoptic. It’s been well over a year since installation in the building started and fibre cables still dangling off the wall. About to enter another broadband contract with another provider as it’ll probably never happen. Let’s see if @CommunityFibre can do it better.

  • axelk Alex Micu (@axelk) reported

@olinewton I wouldn't go for any broadband currently other than Gnetwork and Hyperoptic if you can help it

  • shreekpkun shreerao (@shreekpkun) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic ) Internet connection has been down since around 4:30 yesterday afternoon. Any idea when it’s coming back on? Location: NW9

  • RamGam90 RG90 (@RamGam90) reported

@HyperopticCS @ofcom the residents of Beaufort Park demand that @Hyperoptic be investigated for this issue. The lack of customer support is unheard of!

  • janejan28896854 janejane (@janejan28896854) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Worst experience ever. My internet has lost connection for 3 days. No one picks up the phone call. No reply to the email although it says it will reply in one business day. Even the live chat was turned down from yesterday. How ridiculous it is! !

  • 23AaronJoshuaa Aaron Alcock (@23AaronJoshuaa) reported

@HyperopticCS Kindly note that I’ve had to make this social media account because your official channel isn’t working. Live chat is down. Phone calls cut off. Hyperoptic seem to be quick enough to use this channel when they are boasting of how marvellous they are…

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

So will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to what’s actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? I’m going for the latter.

  • NdrJnr NDRJNR 🇬🇧🇯🇲🇮🇳 (@NdrJnr) reported

@thekuntz69 @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The service we as Beaufort park residents are experiencing is down right shocking. An update pertaining to the issue needs to be reported sooner rather than later!
