    @Hyperoptic I’ve called, emailed and DM’d you about my connection going down and accessing compensation and haven’t had any meaningful response in 2 days. Is this a concerted effort to stop people getting their compensation? …is that legal? 🤔

    @Hyperoptic Me I can tell you how good it is 🤡🤡🤡 One of the engineers will contact you today during the day so you can agree with them when you're available, and will arrive to repair the issue and activate your service. I got no call and when I call them they tell me this is not true

    @CindySughrue @Trustpilot @Hyperoptic Heya Cindy! While this is an unfortunate set of events leading to undesired experiences with some of the customers, it is certainly not a representation of the majority of our customer's experiences as the other 5 star reviews show. Our DMs are opened!

    @Hyperoptic what is going on with you guys? The internet constantly disconnected. Engineer came today and change the port of the building. He told us to wait 2 hours and get update via customer service. Contacted CS after 2 hours via chat and i get disconnected all the time from.
