    @Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
