    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

    @ells_afc @Hyperoptic Unfortunately Ells, when it comes to a broadband service it was no real service level agreement which is why you've been without a network for 48 hours.

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random
