    @theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks

    @C9EmZ @virginmedia Quicker you move away from them the better, utterly useless overpriced scumbags, had nothing but issues with them for years then @Hyperoptic popped in my area after a few years of waiting and not looked back, cheaper, better quality and i sit on 5 ping (but im next to the hub)

    @AgentTm13774 I canโ€™t send you a dm. I donโ€™t find your name. I received the router but donโ€™t have internet and nobody came as offered to setup the connection! I had Hyperoptic but now itโ€™s disconnected too. So I donโ€™t have nothing!! Please help me fix this issue urgently!

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @Hyperoptic for those implying it's pretty obvious that there was a big issue. not it isn't. - automated voice didn't tell me, rather asked a million questions - network status on website says no issues. a long queue doesn't tell me anything.
