They didn't need access in December to sort ours out, they just used it as an excuse because they didn't want to pay Christmas rates to staff. @CommunityFibre doesn't treat people like this. Even truly awful BT doesn't do this.

Every person I speak to tells me I need to speak to someone else who isn’t avail. for 48hrs. #help #fail @WhichUK
