    @Hyperoptic I had a call with Stephen regarding the ongoing connectivity issues. Despite my having submitted sufficient evidence demonstrating repeated drop-offs to 1 Mbps?on a plan that promises 150 Mbps?he was unable or unwilling to acknowledge the problem. He appeared indifferent P1.

    @Hyperoptic I have already done with basic troubleshooting and is not helping much. The slow speed is impacting my work and is not acceptable.

    @ShakkTV @ThreeUK only 2 options i have is 3 (£21/month for 150mbps down) and ee (£55/month for 100mbps down). otherwise i'd be with hyperoptic atm for full gigabit down and up
