van woosen (@woosen7717) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying

Paul Bailey (@PBailey71973) reportedHey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?
-
Flowerbomb212 (@Flowerbomb212) reported@Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.
-
AKP (@witless_duck) reported@Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

Dr Fọláshadé Adéyẹmọ ✌🏾❤️ (@afollypeperempe) reported@Hyperoptic You guys are the most unprofessional, unseasoned and terrible internet company I have come across. I terminated my account as I was moving home and you guys still have the effontry to be billing me and asking me for payment. ARE YOU MAD?

Marcelo Hidalgo (@mhmnat1) reported@Hyperoptic is there a problem with the internet? I don’t have service.

Liam Richards (@liam_richards) reported@KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.
-
Marisa Peek (@TheOneMarisa) reported@Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert
