    @EcoFrench @virginmedia Perhaps try Hyperoptic if they serve your area? I find them very good - with just one day when there was a problem in our block.

    @Hyperoptic while encouraging us all to watch Eurovision, I canโ€™t because service is down. I understand that a complete lack of service today cannot even be properly investigated until Monday? How is it possible that youโ€™re only operating on business days?

    25hrs so far with a total loss of #broadband service frm @vmbusiness #VirginMedia missed deadlines for restoring service Cust svcs are useless, canโ€™t give any meaningful updates, manager hasnโ€™t called back as promised. Sooner we can move to @GNetworkComms / @Hyperoptic the better

    @fwosar @LloydLabs @Hyperoptic While it is not ideal that it takes so much for the router to arrive, any LAN device can be connected to our socket and it should provide the service. We wouldn't be able to troubleshoot the connection, but it would work!

    5th day now without internet with @Hyperoptic, sent a replacement router on Friday and still not here. Apparently the service is great, only if I had a router to actually *use* it.

    @Hyperoptic 1G synchronous package is blazing fast. However processes with multiple async @nodejs fetch are crippled. How to async fetch with a sync serviceโ“

    @Hyperoptic I agree it's never been this easy when you have 1gb internet compared to when I used to have 8mb download speed with EE Yuck!
