Gave up on call, no one picked up even after spending 30mins holding the line. No response to tweet and DM yet. Internet still not working. #HyperopticNotWorking @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic

At this point I’m considering just signing up to @virginmedia will probably get it installed faster than @Hyperoptic will fix my internet.

@Hyperoptic Hi @Hyperoptic - your engineers, while installing new cabling, damaged the water supply to my home and we've been left without hot water, and have a potentially damaged boiler, due to attempts of your engineers to fix things. Complaint in with Hyperoptic.

Day 11 of my @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS activation saga. They told me they expected the team to check between today and yesterday (as if almost 7 working days haven't been enough) still no updates. Wonder what @Ofcom thinks of them offering a service that they can't really provide

@Beesley1Carlie @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Never been a thing communicated to me, every contact I’ve had was to message them after the install, all the engineers who have visited said the same thing

@Hyperoptic when I ordered broadband, I was promised that service will be activated in few minutes but after 3 days and long calls I’m yet to get a clear answer. I need know what is happening so that I can switch if I need to. It is important for my work. #poorcustomerservice

@Hyperoptic I wouldn't expect a company for broadband to undertake work, damage our water supply and plumbing, and then not inform us!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @virginmedia Do you understand my point of view? What would you do if you were in our situation, tell me honestly, 10 days no internet, then I’m told wait 10 days for investigation into the issue
