    Anyone else using Ubiquiti routing gear with Hyperoptic not able to get IPV6 working using DHCPV6 and prefix delegation? This was working for past 2 years until some engineering works last Thursday at my location so I think some change of equipment has caused the issue.

    @Hyperoptic signed up today, customer service poor, spent ~ 3 hours trying to speak to someone in technical, connected to router WiFi but still no internet. Was told wait time for was ~ 7 mins, after 46 mins on hold my call was disconnected. Regretting choosing hyperoptic

    No home internet since Thursday. Hyperoptic saying it will take a week to fix (!). Cancelled perfectly good wireless broadband with someone else 3 months ago. Huge mistake.

    @Hyperoptic great stated offering, take your money and do nothing. Rubbish customer service, if they respond can only pass it to someone else or say what they can’t do. Incompetence all over. Same thing first time we tried, no improvement in 2 years

    @Hyperoptic There is an internet outage since last 80mins. Is it widespread or localized to G1 4ET. Absolutely no response to emails. Chats and voice calls are queued. Any ETA for restoration? #Glasgow

    @Hyperoptic connected my new router on Saturday past. Not working. 10 minutes waiting time for your "help line"...no Internet yesterday or today. Your staff were shocking yesterday. Any thoughts??

    @Hyperoptic internet down in building, been on hold half an hour. Went off at 1pm told for an “update” I would be an hour after hour told u cant turn on till 5. At 5:37 i still cant work….
