    @thejsa_ I'm no expert in any of this by any means, but I'm with Hyperoptic and it's £19 a month and has never once in 10 months dropped or caused me issues!

    @ign_emgreen 418?? 😭 i hate paying extra money for things so would never but like you could try to haggle a bit or something? do note that if hyperoptic isn't already in the area it might take a long while to install

    @Hyperoptic It's bad business to charge renewing customers (£42) more than the offer you are giving new customers (£40) and then make them fight to get it matched. Why not reward my loyalty? All that's left now is negative brand sentiment.

    @Hyperoptic Almost like everyday internet connectivity is slow or it's not working.. When we call customer care no one response.. No response to mail.. Can you please help to resolve the internet issue..

    Day 41 trying to get my @Hyperoptic service live. I got up early today to call the call centre and requested to speak to people higher up and I’ve been informed that the issue is expected to be fixed this week, and my service should be live within 7 days. Fingers crossed!

    @1980sRewind I told Sky where they could stick their service when they demanded a £25 setup fee... Thats over 10 years ago now I'm with a company called HyperOptic who installed their kit in my block recently with 500mb D/L Hope you get your Wi-Fi sorted nothing worse than dodgy Wi-Fi
