    @Hyperoptic Whatever happened to the last thing announced? The better household coverage, I live in a flat and still can't get a strong enough signal in my bedroom to stream anything.

  • EyUpPete Pete Smi (@EyUpPete) reported

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic This is what I don't understand. I pay for 1gb speed but the WiFi doesn't reach 20ft to my bedroom, so I'm expected to pay more to get full coverage in a 2 bed flat? I've never had this issue with other ISP's, your router is awful.

  • Zalamandrr Alpha (@Zalamandrr) reported

    @StevenNT G Network Tried my hardest with Hyperoptic but for some reason they seem to have some issues causing delays in my area. I got multiple emails assuring me that they're on the way still but every time I asked I was told they couldn't give a definite date 🫤

    Going to 1 year that I’ve been using Hyperoptic in my house now and I have never had a single network outage, nor a slow network. Fast unlimited internet. All for £20 a month. What exactly is the problem with ISP’s in Nigeria. What’s the excuse?

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

    @AM_UK19BONG @Hyperoptic We do understand your point of view, however, in our T&C it's stated that we guarantee the service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee our services on the other address in case you decide to move during the commitment period. :/

  • AM_UK19BONG Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . I have to change address after staying with ypu for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now you want me to pay for remaining term. This is unethical.

  • Adamskyyyyy Adamsky (@Adamskyyyyy) reported

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS service is down at EH11 1ZH

  • AM_UK19BONG Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

    @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.
