The same thing happened when we tried to set up a connection with hyperoptic and now it's the same. Your service is more pathetic than the ones you can get in some remote village in India or Mongolia. I am sick of this and on top that some of your agents are extremely rude.

@HyperopticCS I did send a DM. And the follow up info. Another day has passed and no contact from Hyperoptic. My internet isn’t working as expected - why is it so hard to get some help from customer service?

@Hyperoptic good morning, I have had hyperoptic for just over a week, it’s terrible, I’ve called twice within this time. I wish to cancel my contract please. I can’t deal with internet dropping and turning off by self for 12 hours. Especially not in 2021 and working from home.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Hi, could I please have a response to my support ticket that I opened on Friday afternoon? 1810543. Many thanks

@mwt2008 Yes, I suspected it was fibre related. BT cutting corners as per usual. Our block is getting Hyperoptic. They wanted to connect us to their network via an overhead catenary wire to an adjacent building. We objected, proposing a more discrete route which they were happy to adopt.
