    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic If you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever…

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @lulu_veganx @donedgley1 @Hyperoptic Not ours. Only a few more days and we are changing providers. Worst experience possible. 3 weeks with no internet 😡

    @marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....
