@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS why is it taking almost 24 hours to fix the wifi in only 2 postcodes?? Could you update us on how far you’ve actually gone in fixing this and how long we should expect there to be no wifi.

@kellismithx @bt_uk BT are 100% the worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years of business! If you need fast and reliable internet, see if @Hyperoptic cover your postcode. I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice

@Hyperoptic any timeframe on when the Wi-Fi issues will be resolved please. It’s been fairly 14+ hours since the outage in Canary Wharf.

@Hyperoptic your renewal email goes to junk, call to renew as the product is great. Rude and abrupt staff stating the offer not now valid…yet if I cancelled and came back as a new client it would be valid? actually making me consider completely changing provider- disappointing.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I’m been with hyperopia from May 2021 , on 27th of April 2022 I moved from 1st floor to the 2nd floor flat of the same building. I did call hyperoptic customer care and inform them, they did send an engineer home to install new connection.
