    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @ells_afc @Hyperoptic Unfortunately Ells, when it comes to a broadband service it was no real service level agreement which is why you've been without a network for 48 hours.
