    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!

    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!

    Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏
