Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Everdon, EnglandThese issues are now nearing resolution. We anticipate that, barring any further technical issues, Hyperoptic will switch the service on by week ending 16 April 2021” 2/2
-
Andrew Pendleton (@AJPendleton) reported@CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic But surely it would be better if we had one set of cables, owned by the local authority or community in some form, and then commissioned the service provider. In the meantime, loads of places aren't cabled at all.

ʀᴀᴄʜ🏳️🌈 (@scoobygeek) reported@Hyperoptic there seems to be an issue in Manchester! Fun times for people who have to work from home 😬
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandLooking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didn’t happen.@Hyperoptic
-
Maxim Gamble (@MaxTGam) reported@CarrieHFletcher I'm with Zen. They (like almost everyone) use BT infrastructure, but it's their excellent customer service that sets them apart. Or if you have an independent service like Community Fibre or Hyperoptic available in your location... Lucky you
-
M.Baxter (@MBaxter40045825) reported@Hyperoptic has your service died? I can't get any signal at all. What am I paying you £50 a month for?!
-
Kayleigh dance (@Kayleighdance5) reported@HyperopticCS @CarrieHFletcher Been with hyperoptic since November 2020 as I switched over from sky. Sky was giving me 15-17 mbps for £29 a month and the connection was terrible. Didn’t even want to come out and fix the issues I had with dropping out etc. Was the best move I made by coming over too these guys

John (@se3john) reportedNope, spoke too soon, all terrible again. I'm now off to start a petition banning @Hyperoptic branded vehicles from passing through my street unless they commit to providing their services to my street. It's basically torture...
-
HolyPanda (@dannylavelle_) reported@Hyperoptic service is down in Manchester. Please can you sort ASAP.

Oliver Black (@ollie299792458) reported@TalkTalk You seem to be under the impression that only you customers can call out your bad behaviour and hypocrisy. I'm with @ThreeUK & @Hyperoptic , neither have tried to shaft anyone on a fixed term contract.
