    Friends who understand broadband, why ******** do companies ONLY offer asymmetric speeds with their fibre deals? I’d love to get @Hyperoptic but they don’t cover the property I’ll be hopefully moving to, I’m looking at options but most of them are pretty bleak…

    @Hyperoptic what a bloody dreadful company you are!! I’ve been on the phone for nearly a hour trying to get the internet activated!! Shocking **** and I think your ratings are fake! Dreadful service!

    What’s going on with @Hyperoptic? We had maintenance that finished, the service didn’t resume, and now the status update is dead?

    Logged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out

    @Hyperoptic any danger of you providing updates on when the service is up and running again. WiFi has been down almost a day, for the second time this month

    @Hyperoptic Worst ever customer care, I have been trying to connect to customer care and in position 1 for last 1 hour but no one is picking up. When you are with them they are are and once you come out of the service, they won’t respond and keep you waiting.
