    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    over a month since my initial complaint and you still haven't had the decency to have a manager contact me. Its all on record and file. disgusting behaviour to paying customers. @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic there is no Internet connectivity for more than 24hrs now! The response from the customer care is pointless! First person said few hours, second person said 20 minutes, third person said 7 minutes, forth person didn’t give any definite time, fifth person just hang up!

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
