    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @Hyperoptic Are there any outage issues? I’m in RM16 and none of my devices can connect to the internet - but my box has all its lights on!

    @Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2
