    hyperoptic is actually the worst internet provider in the UK, I have had internet issues for TWO MONTHS and their email support is nonexistent, been ghosted for weeks at a time, keeps stopping me doing my job. so frustrating aaaaaaaaa 😩

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    @notiyda @BeCoolBlinkie @theo Depends on the UK ISP. If all you can get is the likes of BT or Sky or Virgin then guess that's true. Hyperoptic do static for an extra charge. But you cannot get a block of 8. Also support is consumer. Custom router with port settings their end and troubleshoot is a **** show.

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out
