    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.

    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay Β£136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic
