I was just told it not going to resolved for few more days. How is this okay? Even after the physical installation some of your system is preventing activation because of a small issue, which is causing delays for almost a week for customers. @Hyperoptic

@ancr_cotswold @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Just saw this now due to a new reply. Personally, I believe that if you can't afford to get a whole device to provide an LTE Backup like I have, it's no excuse you had to miss an online meeting due to the wifi being down when mobile data is mainstream nowadays.

Dear @Hyperoptic may you please explain why, since the first time we called you to install socket and router in our apartment on the 15th of October, there has been zero help on your sidet? We work from home and you have given us an appointment for 10 Nov. This is unecceptable.
