  @HyperopticCEO I moved over to Hyperoptic over a week ago. The service has not been connected and I have to wait a week for an engineer visit. You have also disconnected my old supplier. Not good enough @Hyperoptic

  @Hyperoptic Technical support is not available via online chat. Have to call for support, and this is supposedly a telecoms company!? What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful

  @AgentTm13774 I can’t send you a dm. I don’t find your name. I received the router but don’t have internet and nobody came as offered to setup the connection! I had Hyperoptic but now it’s disconnected too. So I don’t have nothing!! Please help me fix this issue urgently!

  @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP
