@Hyperoptic why does support close the ticket everytime they respond? I have to open a new ticket just to respond and the UI on your site is pretty cumbersome.

@Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.

@Hyperoptic I asked to cancel end of Aug (chat) & again 4 Sept (email). You STILL cut me off on 18 Sept but are charging me until END of Oct for ZERO service. Then admitted “we cancelled because someone else wanted to.” This is disgraceful. @DanaTomicic why rip off customers?

@Hyperoptic are you always this incompetent? My service has been down for 72 hours. You have promised me 3 engineers with no show. I strongly urge no one to sign up with this company
