    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    hyperoptic is actually the worst internet provider in the UK, I have had internet issues for TWO MONTHS and their email support is nonexistent, been ghosted for weeks at a time, keeps stopping me doing my job. so frustrating aaaaaaaaa 😩
