    @Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

    @Hyperoptic Disappointing service from Hyperoptic. Switched from Virgin having been told Iโ€™d be credited my ยฃ200 early termination fee once evidence of charges provided. 7 months on- multiple times raising this- still nothing done to apply credit. Case is being โ€˜investigatedโ€™. Sort this out!

    Urrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!
