@awakenedyogi19 @Hyperoptic I agreed, waited more than 1 hour on phone than received extremely bad customer service from @Hyperoptic still no sign of service restoration after 6 days you’re definitely different from other professional providers

@Hyperoptic ❎ Ensuring that water supplies to homes where new street cabling is being installed isn't damaged. You've received my formal complaint by email and you've got a contact number for me there. The work being undertaken is disruptive enough without damaging our plumbing!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we are experiencing intermittent slow internet or lost of connection int eh entire building (200 flats) for the past weeks. We had your service for three year with never an issue. Clearly something is wrong. Any report of issues in CR0 area?

Pathetic Customer Services by @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS, I’m without internet since last 5 days and they promised Engineer will attend today 9am sharp. But still at 14:45 no sign of engineer at all and no one picking the phone up waited 50 mins on phone
