    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet thereโ€™s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that thereโ€™s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @Hyperoptic 5 days since my router was delivered and still no internet access. Called tech support team 4 times and been assured it will be fixed and still nothing. Been on hold for over an hour this morning - sort it out

    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasnโ€™t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!
