First person said few hours, second person said 20 minutes, third person said 7 minutes, forth person didn’t give any definite time, fifth person just hang up!

Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

Yusuf (@ArtetasShampoo) reported@Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.
