    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @MartinSLewis Sky broadband wouldn’t budge for slow speeds very expensive so went Hyperoptic’s for less than half the price and much faster

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is severely limited to specific blocks of flats in urban areas and isn't available elsewhere. **** comparison.

    @Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @Hyperoptic I raised issue of loss of service Friday last week in morning. Sunday still no resolution so raised complaint. Now it's still not fixed and no one is replying to me since Monday. Not one update. Stay away from this company you will pay and not get service for 5 day+
