    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    @c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.
