@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tbf initial delays were Council-related but today was booked over a month ago and customer services assured me it had the green light. A day of having moved plans to stay in wasted and means more time tethering to 3g at home.

It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??

@Hyperoptic told 3 weeks ago it would take 15 mins to set up wifi, 3 weeks later still not been able to- called 5 times today after chat said it was the only way to set up and unable to get through - sent an email to support 5 days ago no response - pls help to set up wifi
