    @Hyperoptic Actually can’t believe the level of abysmal service and utter incompetence we have had from you. Wifi was installed on the 20th October and we are still without service, tomorrow’s appointment has just been cancelled and we have to wait another week?? Shameful.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Is #Hyperoptic service down.? getting downloads speeds less than 1mb on a 1gb service both wireless/wired 😡 Am gaming today Xbox is trying to update the Events app 110mb size, it’s estimating completion is 1 hour 45 mins + games won’t play w/ 1mb speed

    @Hyperoptic Thanks for the old school throwback. 1.4mb this morning. Last time I complained about poor speed and instability, it took WEEKS for technical to come back and they gave me a list of a thousand things to do before they’d help further. Brilliant.

    @Elivance09 @Hyperoptic my 900mb down and 900mb up seemed ok. I think it's faster than see tickets internet they have their servers connected to though.. ;)

    Absolutely awful service from @Hyperoptic. After now 49 days of waiting for installation, I’ve just been told by one of their agents ‘all we can do is wait’. Terrible.

    @AtM0StF34r @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Same with me, got download speed of 0.1mb on a 500mb service. Was fine last night, nothing this morning. According to website the service is normal in my area
