    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
