Deeply regret switching to @Hyperoptic broadband. Just had to upgrade my package to get a decent signal and instead @Hyperoptic have managed to disconnect me completely and can’t to attempt to fix it because their tech staff don’t work on the weekend . Its 24/7 promise is a lie

Almost 5 years after I stopped being @Hyperoptic client, they’re sending me email I’m due to refund £2 something. When I cancelled contract with them I contacted them and CS said they won’t refund it because “no”. Good product, clown customer service.

Hi @Hyperoptic this is to inform you that I have already cancelled your trial within 3 months which was confirmed number of times by your customer service and sales when he signed contract over the phone.
