Hi @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we are now 5 days without connection at KT20 5FR constantly being told "sorry you have to wait these things take time". No reason for the situation being given. Given that both myself and my wife work from home this has been a very bad experience.

@HighMarshalDave Hyperoptic, they also have a deal just now where in the last 9 months of your old contract you can get it free which is wild, basically just to tie you down before the contract end!

@Hyperoptic Hi, We have another outage at TW7 and yesterday I saw #Openreach van in our parking lot couple of hours before the outage started - do they have anything to do with that by any chance?

@PB79377877 @COdendahl @DmytroKuleba Not sure why you are being rude, I am quite hyperoptic thank you. No one said not a World problem. I think "more of" was the term used. Putin is a problem for something like: Ukraine>Poland>Europe>USA>Australia>Japan. China, NK, Iran---not so much. At least not yet, esp China.

@Hyperoptic Thanks for the annual cliché. It's an even odder time when your service goes down in AL1, with zero explanation. @HyperopticCS
