@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic is a rubbish company unrecommended at all the worst service I waited for 3weeks for the service to start and they didn’t activate it as they caused damage in the window and drilled the wall and want to charge me for the return package,negative service.

@Ofcom what's going on? @virginmedia cable internet is off for at least 20hrs (their current estimate), @Hyperoptic doesn't answer customer calls and sets site visits months away. Is this the level of service you have set for for UK in 2022? #shocking #regulator #CustomerService

@HyperopticCS Hyperoptic confirmed that there was an outage caused by a hardware failure. To be quite honest, your network has been absolutely great ever since I became a customer several years ago. However, I’m noticing a trend of regular outages though your prices have been increasing YoY.

@Hyperoptic massive outage 4 days no internet no updates. When you call the customer service team they barely know their own names. You are failing your customer services teams and you are failing your customers so poor its beyond a joke

My @virginmedia broadband in SW London has been down for most of the past few days and it seems to be impossible to discover what’s going on. The uncertainty of knowing whether I can WFH or not over the weekend is infuriating. Does anyone out there have experience of Hyperoptic?
