    I am moving to a new apartment my landlord has sold the apartment I’m in. I rang @Hyperoptic to sort out my Broadband contract, unfortunately they don’t cover my new address but have agreed there will be no early Termination fee. 👍👍 great service highly recommended

    Hey @Hyperoptic,whenever I activate the static IP address,my internet drops.I've had 4 useless tech support calls,full of promises to help,but each time I see that no one has even tried to do.3rd week in a row.Why are you ignoring me? What do I have to do to get your attention?

    @Hyperoptic no internet in tn38 area. Hasn’t been since this morning and received no sms update since 11am?? When will it be fixed and what even is the issue??

    @Hyperoptic Are you not even upgrading your network beyond 1GB? Everyone else is going faster and your stuck. I cant even get full 1GB on wired on your 1gb package. I only get 700mb...
