    @notiyda @BeCoolBlinkie @theo Depends on the UK ISP. If all you can get is the likes of BT or Sky or Virgin then guess that's true. Hyperoptic do static for an extra charge. But you cannot get a block of 8. Also support is consumer. Custom router with port settings their end and troubleshoot is a **** show.

    I've said this multiple times, but hear me people. @Hyperoptic is not only the worst internet company in the world, they are the worst company in the world, full stop!! We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

    @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!
