    @SkyHelpTeam Called them. Did the suggested fix. The problem has persisted. So I've booked Hyperoptic to come tomorrow. Enough of your time and money wasting.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS my 4th loss of service in 13 days. This is completely rubbish! Time to go me thinks.

    Don't choose @Hyperoptic if you need a dependable service. For 2nd month in a row, I have maintenance resulting in loss of connectivity for 3 hours during the day. @HyperopticCS don't even refund their users for the inconvenience. They may be fast but unreliable. Not impressed.

    Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

    @Hyperoptic down again for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. What is wrong with your service? Last time it took over 24h to fix it, how long will it be this time? I wasn’t even offered a discount btw, I am close to leaving. @HyperopticCS

    .@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your internet service has gone offline in London SE16 at 20:30 on Mon 10th, Tues 11th & tonight. Bang on 20:30, same time each evening. What is going on? Why are you deceiving your customers? If you need to go offline to do works just say so #hyperoptic
