Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • yssdt Yusuf Seedat (@yssdt) reported

@EE Just spoke to one your agents who advised that he couldn’t provide the signing up email because of the legwork. Thank GOD I’m not with EE. Poor bloke is being recharged 32 pounds for what hyperoptic is providing at twice the speed for £20. The worst thing is customer service

  • cfrewwwyhgtf Chris Sothcott (@cfrewwwyhgtf) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I tried to raise an official complaint about the projected timescale to fix the ongoing issues, was told 10 working days for the complaint to be processed, it’s been over 10 working days and still being ignored by email

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@precious_m_e @Hyperoptic We're sorry to hear that, it has never been our intention to cause distress.😔We've just responded to your DM, so feel free to take a look. Thanks.

Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

@cb33scotland Hi, we assure you that Hyperoptic never ignores issues! We provided more info in DMs, check them, please. 🙏

  • CharlesMishal Charles Mishal (@CharlesMishal) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic No one has ever contacted us so far and even today my internet is not working

  • AvatarNino_ The Avatar (@AvatarNino_) reported

@Hyperoptic offered me a plan making me switch from BT where I was getting 200mbps minimum and I’m now getting 14.4-16.5mbps when I was told I’d be getting 350-500mbps. I feel so scammed right now, was on hold for 45 minutes then they put the phone down.

  • Poggzi Poggzi (@Poggzi) reported

@spaceanubis @PUBG Is it only Deston or does affect all maps? Same thing has happened in EU. I used to enjoy 8-15 ping (based in London on Hyperoptic FTTH at 1Gbps up and down) and now I get 25-50 ping. 25-50 is still ENTIRELY playable, but noticeable when it's 3x what you're used to.

An amazing company @Hyperoptic has not been able to activate internet services even in one month. So many emails and calls but no luck. What a wonderful service.

  • bigmb_007 Malav Bateriwala (@bigmb_007) reported

@AllyMunira @virginmedia @Hyperoptic They did start service this April in my building with 50% cost and same speed, but i already have 18 months contract so can't do anything. Since 3 months, a lot of problems have started on Virgin.
