The @ITVX app for GoogleTV is a perfect example of a testing failure - a quick search shows LOTS of people having issues, how did this slip through the DevOps cracks eh @ITV?

@sarajcox I'm hoping you can help me out. My mum was watching your ITV show this morning and you were talking about a film on Netflix she would like to watch, but she can't remember the name of it or who is in it. Can you just remind of the films name, thank you xx

@prodnose @ITV And the persistence of Matterface... Both are low quality

  • AaronWoodford
    Aaron woodford (@AaronWoodford) reported

@AdamBlackmore And on the other hand you get Sam Matterface and Lee Dixon, two of the worst commentators/pundits to ever have the privilege, with two equally terrible voices. They will cost @ITV many, many viewers I am sure.

  • CWXeon
    X30N (@CWXeon) reported

@Leegend90 @ITV The problem with football and 4K is that you also need a higher frame rate. Otherwise you’re limited to certain camera angles to avoid motion blur, judder, and stuttering whenever the camera pans quickly or follows the ball.

  • DaveSim4285151
    Dave Simpson (@DaveSim4285151) reported

@ITV shouldn’t be allowed to show any World Cup/ Euros games going forward unless they can provide a quality 4K stream like the @BBC… shocking they think this outdated resolution is a quality product.

@prodnose @ITV He's the worst in the business imo , whoever employs him can't be listening or he'd be gone , good footballer terrible pundit

  • NeilSim52457768
    Neil Simmonds (@NeilSim52457768) reported

@prodnose @ITV I’d sound like him if I had to work with Matterface.

  • Hutchie1974

@DandyDonSF @ITV @STVSport Rather him than any of those other lot I mentioned. Unfortunately will only get worse for you when we get that McLeod, who’s a terrible commentator, and whatever tokem Scot they pair him up with on Sunday morning for the Haiti game.

The @ITVSport or @itvfootball or @ITV need to sort out their HD quality. Looks below par resolution. #FIFAWorldCup #WorldCup2026

@benjhunt @ITV @ITV the picture quality isn’t great. You should offer 4K on ITVX
