You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @ITV why is there still a delay with the subtitles on #ImACeleb? The parts that are pre recorded should not have a lag in the subtitles. The show has been running since 2002 and still the same issue. It makes it barely watchable. The accessibility issue need addressing now.
