That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. @Simonjhbenson @Ghoul_of_London There was a good talk last year by the archivist of an Old ITV franchise at Hampstead Photo Soc. Brideshead Revisited was made to pass the quality test ahead of Granada bidding to renew their franchise. ITV Franchises also had to have a decent regional offering.
