@partnumber2 @ITV @BBC The problem is that the general public has been bludgeoned into submission by these relentless dross of programmes and actually plan their evenings around them. Reality shows are astoundingly shite and cheap, really low mental level “entertainment”.

@alexberesfordTV ‘s job needs to be protected at all costs, @piersmorgan is the main talent as far as @ITV is concerned and they built the show around him so I know he’ll want to throw his weight around. I don’t think it’s staged cos it doesn’t help piers and makes him look weak.

@carolecadwalla @ITV Morgan fills the bear baiting slot vacated by Jeremy Kyle & while he makes ITV money they will seek ways to defend him unless he goes too far & when he does Susanna will play the he is just a "work colleague" (who I retweet & do numerous magazine articles/tv shows etc with) card.

@carolecadwalla @ITV Morgan is just a fake obnoxious TV/Twitter persona for controversy/money. Personally I have just a big an issue with Reid who presumably to stay relevant seems happy not only to work with him but to go along with the "presenting duo" marketing. I don't buy her faux exasperation.
