@partnumber2 @ITV @BBC The problem is that the general public has been bludgeoned into submission by these relentless dross of programmes and actually plan their evenings around them. Reality shows are astoundingly shite and cheap, really low mental level “entertainment”.

Christ, how the hell can anybody watch that car crash of a programme @thismorning on @itv?? Absolute disaster, dreadful tv. Thank god the wife and I are on the recovery, then we’ll be back at work and she won’t have it on!

@ITV Emotion is emotion, if he felt it, he would have showed it. I am embarrassed sometimes as I cry at things, but I can’t help it. If he felt emotional that day, he would have showed it. Just because he put a brave face on and smiled, doesn’t mean he wasn’t allowed to show emotion
