I hope @BBCOne and @ITV put some decent programmes on in the day for the next few weeks/months for all the elderly and others having to self isolate! Daytime tv currently is awful!!

I’ve watched love island this week and it should be either overhauled with actual human contestants or taken off air. The actual audacity of @ITV to present this to impressionable young people and call it reality. Toxic masculinity, body image issues, skewed narratives… awful.

@GMB @IanMcKellen @ITV Unfortunately there are fires everyday nothing new, gorse fires in Cornwall again normal, rail lines have issues every summer, most fires start through negligence and spread quickly in dry weather get a grip!

@Porkarse @calvinrobinson @ITV 1. Masks did and still do work. Why would they not. If a disease is spread aerially from people coughing then anything which reduces that spread would be of benefit. That doesn’t mean masks are as effective as was hoped but better than nothing
