@itvhub when will your service be up and running again. I can’t sign in and I can’t pair my iPhone as the service is down. I can’t wait anything at all on itv catchup 😡

Has anybody ever ventured onto the @ITV hub, now ITV X? Wanted to watch a film I can only find there...and it's THE WORST streaming site I've ever used. Nothing about it is good. At the Ad break the picture freezes, then the screen turns black or blue for an age. So outdated.

@superTV247 Strange with #Eastenders rest of each year 3rd most popular soap then every #Christmas it's above rivals but then back to 3rd by January. #mrsbrownsboys terrible again worse show on @BBC last night!!! Again!!! Think the chase on @ITV should have got limitless win slot!

@AndyWoodturner @ITV I didn't know it had changed. ITV hub was always by far the worst streaming channel, and that's against the stiff competition of All4's insistence on going back to the beginning of an episode at random, but not letting you know until you've watched 5 minutes of adverts.

@ITV you’ve spent a fortune marketing @ITVX and the marketing works but wow this is about as much an upgrade on itv hub as getting flu instead of covid. Awful search awful UI and still so clunky. Ad’s don’t load properly show rejoins are amateur. Still the logo is ‘fresh’
