    @Peston @ITV CCHQ outlawed electronic voting for that very reason during last leadership contest. How that can now not be an issue just a matter of weeks after outlawing it. Either there was no issue last time and they wanted an excuse to prevent people changing their mind or they don't care

    @Peston @ITV Tbf, no one could pick worse leaders than the tories do. The UK has had the worst PM ever, eclipsed by the worst PM since the last, and then outdone themselves with a hat trick of worst PM’s. Do they really deserve another pick at who can ruin the UK?

    @Peston @ITV And how do you get credentials securely to members? All sorts of GDPR implications. Also, the age of the membership won’t help here. I’m guessing if you can get someone’s email, you can guess a variant of Passw0rd to use their vote.
