@themothercooker @ITV Yeah, although I’m not sure if it goes in your history if you left half way through/turned tv off. But if I pause to make a brew or whatever it’s still where I left it. I just never pause on ad breaks, that seems to cause issues.

If not, surely the legislation in question needs challenging? If so, please define the challenges. If not, we need to be specific about the issues.
