Companies can now use Internet social media etc. ITV is not immune or unable to deal with increased competition, but BBC with ads ain't gonna help. Most company ad budgets I've done are a strict % of turnover. So same cash over more media.

Often it describes the catch phrase after it has been guessed sometimes it does not describe it at all. So it’s of almost no use @ITV

These transcripts are expensive. Sometimes they hand down written judgement. Those go automatically onto the record and are freely available.
