There are carers going above and beyond paid OR unpaid and this just highlighted the worst parts. A huge opportunity missed to show all the nice times in a home and how loved residents are by staff and other residents. Awful.

Lorazepam is prescribed for people with agitation. That drug must have prescribed for the residents its an institution where they just give it out ***** nilly. I work has a carer.
