  How can you ship software this bad @itv? ITVPlayer (smart tv) is awful. I’ve just watched 4 sets of ads, knowing i have been dumped back to the beginning of the show I resumed. FF to guess where I was- Ads no. 5 before in can tell…and that doesn’t even touch on the UI fails. 🤬
