Am I missing something? @ITV's 'watch live' player has a scrub control (ie to skip back 10 mins) but it doesn't work on Chrome or Safari?

@Jade_BP yeah i know he has clubfoot, but im pretty sure that was all sorted out when he was younger. nowhere on his social media does he mention his club foot, and as a disabled person myself the situation that hugo’s been put in by @ITV would probably one of be my worst nightmares

@ITV What's going on? Hub kicks me out. I have to sign in with a password I set up a year ago and not used since and obvs can't remember but can't even request a forgotten password? You're website has a contact us and no obvs options to actually make contact?
