    @pj_montgomery The problem lies in the fact people like @ITV have promoted her as a psychologist, which she is not. She was also a talking head on crime and investigation channel. She’s not qualified for that either. Television and papers need to vet the people they hire far more rigourously

    @ITV @thismorning please sort out your sound, it's awful, everyone sounds like they are underwater. Must be horrid for those with hard of hearing/ aids.

    Sort out the audio issue @gmb @ITV On SD and HD. Distortion and Crackle, and Morgan isn't even in.
