I think it's more a case of the Ant situation. Itv clearly tried to support and help him through his issues. It doesn't seem that itv were forthcoming with support and help for Caroline Flack. I don't believe it is about him. Tragic news.

  • jon_abbott
Jon Abbott (@jon_abbott) reported from Alford, England

Meanwhile on ITV, 2 middle-aged blokes will be arguing over a botched job that should have been left to the professionals and which no amount of external help will fix.

@Lord_Sugar @ITVX @ITV Its the worst TV app in history, objectively awful.

@Lord_Sugar @ITVX @ITV The BBC has become terrible for that and we're not supposed to see any 'advertising' there, yet that's exactly what they're doing.

@ITV, here's my unsolicited periodic reminder that correct grammar matters. Alison Hammond, Kate Garroway & Adil Ray (in that order) are polluting your programmes with persistent grammatical errors. It's an earsore, disrespectful to us all, & a poor eg to younger viewers. #gmb

@ITV @bbuk But the staging is rubbish, I love aj and will l, but this isn’t the show for them. Either refresh it completely or just stop making the show, as this is the worst era going

Fr @ITV @bbuk this is going to be the worst ever series, genuinely don’t think you understand. You need to make each show like 2 hour to make up for it!

@Lord_Sugar @ITVX @ITV The BBC do the same thing with their own promos too. I respect a man who is so wealthy but tries to fix something that only costs a fiver a month rather than just ignoring it.

@StanFBee @ITV @ITVSport Itv commentary is the worst ever and having two women on the pitch rambling on is unbelievable? If we had two men covering the women's game there would be an uproar. Commentary from Dixon and Matterface is the pits. Ian Wright and Keano are excellent pundits but others are poor.

@ITV @gmb If I select subtitles for a programme, when I come to switch them off, they come back again after the next ad break. Please fix this
