  I think it's more a case of the Ant situation. Itv clearly tried to support and help him through his issues. It doesn't seem that itv were forthcoming with support and help for Caroline Flack. I don't believe it is about him. Tragic news.

  @dpwax @BritishGas @ITV I also have had the worst service possible I’ve phoned BG at least 10 times , my direct debit goes out 1st so my first payment around 10 October it’s now 14th November and I’ve had 0 payments from BG - should of had £132 by now!!!!

  @BritishGas @ITV I’m on Direct Debit pay 1st Month every month should of had two payments into my bank account of £66 - haven’t had a penny!!! Im considering switching to Utilita as this is terrible!!!
