It’s heartbreaking I was only in town on Tuesday and I was approached by a homeless guy with no shoes on asking for money - more needs to be done to help these people

Is there a chance the frame rate on itv could be raised to match what the bbc provide? Itv broadcast quality is jarring after watching bbc
