It’s heartbreaking I was only in town on Tuesday and I was approached by a homeless guy with no shoes on asking for money - more needs to be done to help these people

The ref makes a call and if var sees a clear and obvious error such as a foul being outside the box, they inform the ref so he can change his mind. The only bias here is your own.
