I'm BT customer, paying £50 a month for 75Mb/s fibre broadband, and picture quality for #ChampionsLeague2019 is dogshit. Last year on @itv @itvfootball it looked brilliant. So you've spunked £6billion of our money to make the world worse! Ghosting, 3fps, terrible. Give CL back!

@bt_uk @PhilipJansenBT Picture quality total dogshit. This is a disaster. @bt have wasted £6billion on Champions League football which they can't even show. Let @itv @itvfootball have it back so we can actually watch it. (I'm on very expensive fibre, and it looks like shit)

@ITV @Tuppence @martin_compston Like most people, I was really looking forward to this, but after 5 minutes the screen went blank. Yes yet another screen outage right at a crucial point. Did it restart from here. No it just carried on. Which is why at this point Netflix went on.

Why don't you have sub-titles on-demand when you have them on live programmes eg Our House and others? Lack of diversity for deaf people. You're woke enough for other issues but couldn't care less for the deaf #Disgraceful @ITV #itv
