  I wish @itv would realise that singing shows only work if you get time to get invested in them. It’s why the longer format of #xfactor worked (before they made it ‘obviously’ manufactured/cut down live show weeks). People need a reason to get invested. #walktheline

  @GaryBarlow @ITV Awful, awful show….probably the worst programme since Lorraine and Rob Beckett’s wedding competition show and that was dire!!!! The best singer definitely DIDN’T win, it was the sob story that did.

  @ITV #walktheline or as it was described at the planning meeting “Cowell’s fix”. The absurd suggestion that the contestants were randomly picked, the virtual audience were randomly chosen & that the voting was transparent.
