That whining voice, the sheer insincerity - totally dreadful. Not going to watch for a bit - hopefully she’ll be gone soon - please!

@BBCSport Your #ItalyVsEngFinal commentary and that of @ITV did not help those of us who aren't ⚽ aficionados - you assumed we knew how penalties worked. Too busy being utterly partisan to bother to explain the rules. Anyway - never mind. 1966 and all.
