@aidensky @ITV Grief should never be bottled up and hidden away.. It is natural to grieve but not being able to deal with it is incredibly harmful. Stiff upper lip syndrome is no help to anyone's psyche.

@emmerdale @ITV @WeAreSTV Would be good for Emmerdale to highlight struggles that some parents go through. Post natal depression is real and the sad thing most don’t know it’s happening. Add in money problems, stress of trying to do everything right, it’s hard.
