@jdrwilcox @ITV i was fortunate that i was able to do my doctoral thesis during my time as a registrar and then finish writing up/viva in my first year or two as a consultant. I am not sure how i would have coped with time out of programme - probably would just not have done the research work

@itv cancelled charity celebrity series of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire hosted by @JeremyClarkson after 3 household female stars pulled out by making it loud and clear they don’t want to work with the disgrace “bigot”. It caused panic amongst ITV who secretly shelved the show.

@edujdw @MattHancock @ITV Tories know the game is up so are all looking for work. GB News, Talk TV etc mopping them up. Can’t imagine Mr Gullis being welcomed back into any sensible school though

@eddieniven @Scotlandteam @ITV I agree, I thought the ITV production was awful. Too much chat in the studio. It would have been nice to see the celebrations on the pitch but, it is typical of ITV. Too much chat and too many adverts.

@mancunianmedic @ITV For my part, I don’t know how people write up when they’re back in clinical service, let alone do the research and work in the hospital. How did that work? I’ll be aiming to have it done and dusted before I’m back in the hospital.

@catherine_w_ @ITV @PrimeVideo I’d rather hoped there might be a few men too. I certainly wouldn’t want to work with him.

@catherine_w_ @ITV @PrimeVideo I think it was an awful thing to say but he hasn’t killed anyone and you don’t have to watch his programmes you can turn them off
