Sorry but ITV have a lot to learn about boxing promoting. This hype promo for Degale. Awful. If wwe, ufc, sky etc were producing this. Wow. The hype would be unreal. 💚#DeGaleEubank

@colincurryer @ITV @BBCSport Awful. And I was too busy squinting at the scrum to even notice what ad was playing anyway!!

@itv have been hopeless at televising live sport for decades, people only watch because they have to. The in game adverts are another example of why their coverage is so bad. Trying to get Mark Pougatch to placate us at the start of the show won’t work either. #ENGvWAL

@itv stop the ads during the #6nations games. Just awful.

@colincurryer @ITV @BBCSport Didn't like the idea of it but turned out ok imo as no action was missed. With a split screen as well not a problem. As long as it's only 1 or 2 per half otherwise will be annoying

@ITV Sport at its core is escapism. The adverts don't work.

@cutlerstom @colmthefarmer @ITV Happened in the second half as well. I thought the first one was a glitch. Unfortunately not Like US master golf and test cricket in India (where David Gower was promoting breakfast tea)
