@bellamackie I couldn’t agree more and I’m baffled it’s allowed to continue. It’s manifesting into an obsession that ITV is enabling through the vitriol that comes out of his mouth. They have a responsibility, he needs to be held accountable/seek help.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

@NoHartAnthony @ITV That is a bit crazy, we have had 40,000 HGV tests cancelled. Theres a worldwide shortage of drivers at the moment. Its highlighted the problem the country has had for years, underpaid and **** working conditions drove drivers into other work.
