I find it slightly baffling that the response from ITV was "This was a genuine mistake by the panel. We apologise if this caused any upset to viewers."

Their iplayer is brilliant, clear HD picture, no lag, no issues. Even when itv hub is working, the picture quality is straight out of 1995. Time to step up your game or step off the scene. 🤬
