@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@ITV most people on housing an council tax benefit don’t pay council tax so we don’t get the rebate . How does that help the poorest .
