@philspil66 @ITV @tombradby He very clearly stated in their documentary when he met with his brother and when the palace statement came out. It's a palace statement - how do you get them into court for lies? Is it even court-worthy? The problem is more so the lies and rumours is spreads.

@ITV @tombradby My Brother had substance abuse problems for 10 years so knows what to look for- puffy face, diluted eyes and a lot of sniffing. Are you gonna ask what Harry what he's on?

@philspil66 @ITV @tombradby The problem you have is that the press office of the palace is absolutely not going to put their hands up, and the members of the family are not going to air all their troubles, on purpose. What this means is that you only have the stories and Harry's word to go by.

@philspil66 @ITV @tombradby Except it does wash in court - Ultimately Harry and Meghan are upset by but can live without the royal family. The main problem is the media and the way they then spin the stories to create hate, which is why they have now have multiple court rulings in their favour.
