We weren’t allowed ITV, because my mum thought the BBC was posher. The worst part is, we didn’t even pay for the TV license and had a whole ‘duck and cover’ routine to hide from the licensing men when they came round.

@GillyMM @ITV Corrie is just appalling. Years of enjoyment watching the clever mix of drama and laughter has turned to depressing dust. Must be more difficult to script episodes which include some jollity. Just awful at the moment.
